We were satisfied with everything. We had there the Christmas evening and our honeymoon. The stuff was more than kindly and nice! They made our holiday more nice. The hotel is located in the area, where live the locals, so was interesting see the typical life. The area was safe, and people were happy and smiled at us. The beach, where the hotel is located, is calm, so perfect for chill or try some watersports, but is not for swimming. If you want to have a tourist area like DMall or the nice White sand beach, you can grab a tuk-tuk or walk. The massage, food in restaurants, or transfers was little bit more expensive, like if you eat, for example, in the DMall, or in the city... but I think this is normal in every hotel. The breakfast was tasty and every day was there a small changes. Like , small ants in the room are not a mistake from the hotel. We left a small food and they were there so fast :) We had a nice room and we're cleaned when we arrived. After we needed ask for a cleaning, but everytime they did it very good.

Great property. Close to D Mall. The pool and spa are great.

The facilities are great : the breakfast choices, gym, pools + their towels and outdoor showers, the room with its huge and comfortable bed. The personnel is great, always a hello, always with a smile. A very big thank you to Jane who opened the door for us to the beach every day before we even reached the door. It's nice that he looked for us and recognized us everytime. Loved that this hotel is on the quieter side of the beach and minutes away from kitesurf schools, but still very walkable to the d-mall and hustle and bustle of the island, if you're not using their complementary shuttle service to go there. Thank you for the foam party too.

We would prefer seeing all prices inclusive of taxes and service charges because having to add an extra 24% to every price listed is an annoying experience. Note that you'll need to pay an extra 4% on top of the added 24% if you decide to pay with a card. Too bad that the fruit juices at breakfast tasted more chemical than fresh. The walls can be a little thin so we can hear the talkie walkie of the cleaning crew in the corridor or our neighbors. Our room (b1-501) had a view on a construction site and the noise that goes with it.

Quiet and clean, great size of room comfortable to rest after a busy activities on the beach

Not enough space to say how amazed we were with our stay. - First of all, we breezed through the airport to hotel transfers to the island (20 mins!). The staff were on time & amazing, the cars and speedboat all felt very luxurious (compare yourselves to the normal boats and you'll see the difference) - Without us prompting, they decorated our room and left cake for my birthday. - The staff are always so smiley, saying hi with their hands over their hearts. They made us felt comfortable, happy and at home with the hotel. They were one of the best things about this stay. - We stayed for a few days and breakfast options were varied and delicious. At one point, we were hoping for repeats because we loved some of the items so much! - Definitely try Sea.Food restaurant, the food is great and staff were well trained. We are now in talks with them to move one of our wedding events next month to this restaurant as a result! - The pool, just wow. Very photogenic. Wide enough for it to not feel crowded and the wide poolside lounges for four were cool. We didn't go to the beach right outside but it's nice to people watch especially when the kitesurfers are out! - The place is not in White Beach, which we personally loved. There were no crowds around us and in the hotel. It's still accessible though - we can walk to Station 2 in 5-10 mins or take the hourly shuttle. Sometimes, they would even go out of their usual routes to take us to a specific place vs us having to go down at the stop and walk more :)

If I had to be picky, water dispensers in the hallway and soap/ shampoo dispensers in the bathroom so we can drop single-use plastic use during out stay The beach here vs. Station 1 still can't be compared but when you're feeling lazy - you'll be more than fine staying in the hotel pool.

The location during our stay July/August! The property was exceptional, very clean and well maintained. The staff were so accommodating, courteous and always great you with a smile and really take the time to acknowledge you every time you pass by. The food were superb, delicious, lots of selection and the presentation were perfect. All rooms, I’ll say where-ever in the property were perfect, huge and spacious. I and my family with their family were so please and happy to have the chance to stay at Aqua Boracay Resort, definitely will comeback to stay here again and recommend to all my friends and family! Lastly, I just have to shout out to the Manager Sarah for accommodating us, when we had a hard time finding a property to accommodate all of us during our stay/vacation in the Island! Thank you again, Sarah. Salute!

Unfortunately we only stayed a whole week, wish we could have stayed longer!

The hotel was classy, tastefully designed and the room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. Quiet location within walking distance to busy restaurants, market and town centre.

Breakfast was good but could do with wider selection of fresh fruit and other continental breakfast options.

Friendliness and service by each team member, location, size of rooms, pools, new property which is well maintained, gym, very good spa and spa treatments, easy transport to small and other island attractions from the hotel, pick up and transfers from and to the airport are well organized and seamless

Recommendations: improve variety and quality of breakfast buffet, establish as small second themed restaurant where the bar is located, create a more tropical garden atmosphere with excellent lighting, consider cooling the pool a bit as water was very warm, animate the bar area and include a smoking section on one side

buffet breakfast: they served diff main dishes each day plus you can choose either hot or cold coffee/chocolate. location: sunrise view. 5-10min walk to D'mall and viral coconut tree. peaceful and not crowded. facilities: love the timings. pool closes at 11pm. you can request refills/restock of their complimentaries for free of charge and room cleaning is available upon request. spacious 1bedroom - can actually fit at least 5pax staffs: everytime they will see a guest passing by, they will give you warm greetings with a smile *worth every penny you've paid for*

- there are mosquitoes inside our room - water splashes stays in the bathroom vanity floor area and takes time to dry

Amazing hotel, staff are brilliant, pool areas are beautiful. Rooms are a really good size, it’s located on the quiet side of the island which we felt was much better than the busy White beach area, yet only a 10 minute walk over to watch sunset. I could not recommend enough the private transfer service which the hotel offers as a paid service, best money we have spent, no queuing, form filling etc, we just breezed through.

The only thing I would say is the the drinks from the onsite pool bar are overpriced compared to the rest of the island. We would have spent more money in the hotel if we felt they had reasonable prices.
