Everything was amazing. Great pool. Great hotel room. Super friendly staff. Food was nice. Good location.

However, be aware. The room deposit was EXTREMELY high. Was told I had to pay £140 (just over 10,000 Peso) for the room deposit for 5 nights. Considering I paid just under £400 for the 5 nights I don’t see how this adds up. Also note it can take up to 14 days to be refunded.

Very good value for money. Room was very spacious and well fitted out. Breakfast buffet was excellent and well worth including. Gym was well stocked, but the opening times were not convenient (closed 11am until 3pm and again after 7pm). On the main road so easy to be dropped off by your transfer. They can convert currency at reception. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

At times some of the staff were not as attentive as they should have been and we had to make an effort to get their attention. Food could be slow to arrive at times.

The staffs are very polite never miss greeting us daily, the food is very nice, both breakfast buffet and in room menu. Room where we stayed in is a bit outdated but overall it still serves its purpose.

Mosquitos everywhere. No hotel slippers provided. Toothbrushes and room basic needs are not complete they only provide one set when we arrived there were two guests checked in. Even glassware after room service was no longer two. I think their checklist is not complete

Amazing poolside rooms. Excellent staff and service. Magnificent rooms.

We couldn’t book a family room for four people, so cost a lot more.had to stay in another room first night not next to our kids.

Hotel staff were very friendly and its a good resort, a little further from the beach than I would have liked, however we were able to use Hennans other resorts on Boracay swimming pools and baeach chairs without charge

Location wa sfurther from the beach, than my preference, however cost of rooms was lower as a result than beach fronts and the other Hennans were full when we booked

Nice hotel in a good location, close to the beach/shops/restaurants. Swim up room a nice luxury, could sit outside and hear the live music from the hotel restaurant in the evenings. I would stay here again, as I feel it is good value for what you are getting, but I feel like there are better Hennan hotels in Boracay.

The room was a little bit dated and no usb/international plug sockets. No direct access to the beach, closest a 5 mins walk down a dark (in the night time) rubble road. Breakfast was good, but if you didn’t get in early, it got very busy and not much food left.

The accommodation was excellent. The staff were very helpful, friendly and lovely to deal with. Would recommend the resort to family and friends.

The breakfast selection could be better.

- We loved the room because we are 4 and most of the hotels I found do not have the quad room that Hennan Lagoon offers. The room was very spacious with 1 big full double bed and 3 single beds. Definitely perfect for families and groups. - location is very good. A short walk to the beach, d'mall and bus stop. - Fantastic huge lagoon swimming pool - pool bar - staff and service - good selection of dishes for buffet breakfast. Foreigners would probably find few healthy bread options.

- Outdated bathroom - Cannot bring food from outside - Lift was not working when we were there. - Fridge was not on when we were there. - Channels on TV do not correspond to the ones on the list.

I like the breakfast buffer as there are a lot of choices to choose from. Different choices of drinks as well. The location is about 5mins walk to the seafront and about 20mins walk to D’mall. There’s e-trike available as well in case you don’t want to walk or it’s too hot. I like the pool and the beds are comfortable. Staff are nice, friendly, and very helpful

I’m not sure if I read it somewhere but when we arrived we were asked that we will be charged on credit card 6k pesos security deposit per room and will be removed on credit card after we checked out considering there are no problems. It was not a problem for me but I just thought what if others don’t have credit card or on a budget in Boracay, being pre-charged of the amount would be a bit much. You should’ve informed your clients when you sent an email confirmation of the booking. Other than that, our stay was amazing!

My wife and I had an amazing stay here in Henann lagoon Resort, all the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and respectful throughout our visit. From booking airport transportation to the resort, to organizing all our activities through them, everything was seamless. The service and amenities truly made it worth every penny. We're already planning our next trip and looking forward to trying a different Hennan resort next time we come back here in boracay. We have stayed in Henann Bohol few years ago and we are truly amazed on Hennan hospitality – can't wait to experience more from Hennan. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

One thing we probably didn’t like is there is not much smoking area around the resort so we have to go down from our room everytime we want to smoke.
