3rd time to stay at this hotel and it won’t be my last. The staff continue to work to very high standards of customer service - I feel like they are my family and friends. I can’t express how much this Henann hotel gives a more friendly feel compared to others, and it also has the most a best swimming pools (in my opinion). I can’t single out any staff for special mention, but from Manager level down and across all departments, everyone was excellent! I love this place, the staff and the improvements they continue to make. The restaurant food has improved even more, and the meat carveries were excellent! Will be returning very soon. Only thing I could suggest for improvement - please please please change pool bar music, it’s been the same each year and songs are played on repeat every day.

1. TV - needs upgrade 2. Hair dryer - needs upgrade 3. Gym- why the extra fee? 4. No activities in the resort. Would be a lot better if there are things to do- dancing, Zumba, games like pool table/ table hockey/ ping pong etc 5. No Disclosure on booking about beach Mat/towels etc. 6. Government fees were not clear, one says one thing on entry, and front desks say another on check out 7. No designated spa room for massage

Excellent resort hotel, especially for families with small children. Mine are 6 and 11. We loved the pools, the resort restaurant, the options for evening dinners at the resort, close to the beach (practically beach front), and the AMAZING staff. Filipinos are WONDERFUL, WARM, AND HELPFUL. Every time we needed something or made a request, they accommodated us. As an exceptional example, our jogger stroller needed air so we asked for a bike pump. Their response was to send two staff person who took our stroller to the maintenance workers who inflated all three of our tires!!! I was shocked but so appreciative—good tires makes it easy to move around at the airport.

NON-SMOKING: My husband isn't a smoker but likes to smoke cigars while on vacation. The property has designated smoking areas that aren't comfortable at all. I'm not a smoker, so I didn't care either way. Smokers might not appreciate the non-smoking policy, but I did (not my husband). :)

Excellent service!!! All the staff from the guards to the front desk and service crew were all great and warm but professional We are blessed that they allowed us to check in early! Kudos to Ms. Ronalyn for her excellent customer service. The location was great and accessible. For me, this is the best Hennan hotel because of its facility. It has bigger space compared with other Hennan’s.

It has bad smell in our toilet.

Workers were all so nice. Especially Jared at the pool bar. The private pool access was so wonderful. Food was delicious. Beaches were all beautiful.

The mode of transportation was tiring. It would have been nice if the hotel website stated this but it isnt their fault. We had to take a taxi, to a ferry, to another taxi to get to the hotel. It should be stated that it is the only way to get to the hotel. Also, we were told that the rooms with private pool access were the only ones to use that pool but everyone else was coming to it, which made it crowded. Only two smoking areas.

We stayed as a family with our 2 year old son and the location was perfect for us- close to shops, dmall and restaurants without being too in the centre. Great location to the beach, literally 2 minute walk. Preferred not being totally beach front as the hotel was still peaceful and quiet. Pool was welcoming and staff were so friendly. Never struggled for a sun bed on the beach no matter what time of day and only struggled on occasion by the pool which was more due to the main pool being closed for improvements. Bed was extremely comfy and room clean.

We found the breakfast buffet wasn’t as varied as we would have liked, never struggled to find something but limited options. We were also not aware about the main pool closure- not a massive issue but did cause a lack of sun beds around the remaining pool on occasion. A cot for your child is also an extra cost 350php a night which wasn’t advised before check in.

Staff very kind and very helpful all the time, for them a 10. Ready for everything. We had included breakfast which was quite good. Location also very good. Easy 2 minutes to be with the feet in the sea. Also to go more in the center is just 10 minutes, either the main road or the beach. Trycicle very easy to have in front of the hotel all day Poolside very nice, comfortable.

It's a 5 stars but maybe some little details don't make it 100% perfect. Some little maintenance on small things. Two examples: the wc had a plastic covers instead of ceramic. The buttons where you press to flush were used and paint wore off. Also the on the botton of the bridge in the pool you could see some cement holes. Small details that make it less impressing.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Pools are clean but can be colder specially during the summer heat. Rooms are big and location is ideal if you want to be near the beach but away from the noise and busy crowd of Boracay. Multiple pools you can enjoy. Gym is old but enough for your lifting needs. ATM outside the hotel and few walks to good restaurants whether in the main street or the beach. Good Pilipino breakfast but kinda weird eating korean food early in the morning. Fire dance performances at night.

An old resort that may need some tweaks or maybe because I stayed in the older building. Not too noise proof, you can hear the kids from the pool even we stayed on the 3rd floor. AC is a little weak for the summer heat. No elevator. I’m a Filipino so Pinoy food is a plus but its kinda repetitive so on our 3rd day we kinda dont enjoyed it anymore.

Whats not like? Everything was awesome. Lovely staff. Location is in the middle of station 2 , dead center of the island. Did I mentioned lovely staff? Lovely staff! Food is great! Lovely staff! Hotel looks very luxurious and eye pleasing. Good aesthetics. Lovely staff!! Pools are nice , pool bar, massages by the pool , island activities representative right at the lobby , very convinient. Bottom line , if i ever visit borocay again this is the only place I'll come back to , no wish to try other places. If anyone from the staff reads this , thank you guys! You are the best! ❤️

Nothing important , only thing odd was we werent allowed to bring "take out" food into the hotel. I guess because some of them leave harsh smells/stains that are hard to remove , but it could be lovely to enjoy a pizza in our room.

Absolutely beautiful resort! Jen and I went as a brand new married couple so we wanted something a little special and you did not fail to deliver! Beautiful huge pool access room. Great food and the location is perfect. Straight into the middle of the beach in station 2 and 3 mins from the D Mall! A particular thanks to Ellah on the front of house desk. She was just fabulous organising everything! Thank you. Only slight gripe was not answering emails prior to our stay!
