My husband and I stayed in Boracay Mandarin for our honeymoon last September 16-19,2024. I have forgotten to book our transfers, but their concierge are good enough to book us even on a last-minute basis. From the driver to the boatmen; they were all great and friendly. The hotel is still not fully functional as the other side is still being built, and the spa too, but that didn't hinder them from providing us with a quality stay in the hotel. The room we booked was big size and has a balcony with a pool view. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection and changes daily. Additionally, the staff was excellent in executing the surprise birthday dinner that my husband had planned for me. Please extend my gratitude to your lovely staff namely, Lovely,Jerome,Roshan,(concierge), Jovelyn of housekeeping, Sam of poolside bar and resto, Eugene (manager of Mamma Mia restaurant), Kate and Aris (our server that day- husband's surpise dinner for me), Berkley from La Fiesta restaurant and the rest of the hotel staff who are very friendly and accommodating. P.S. The ladies offering water/land activities are awesome too; I just forgot their names. I hope you keep up the standards of maintaining the top-notch service quality, and please value your staff who's dedicated and hard-working; they are the key people that will keep your hotel flourishing. Again, massive thank you to all of them. Our stay is definitely memorable because of how your staff treated us. I am looking forward to the spa being built and surely will be booking our trip again in your hotel in the future. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel; it is worth every penny spent. 👍👍👍

The spa is not built yet, and some weak spots of WiFi. I think it's minor, I'm sure they can provide a better service soon, plus they had offered massage services should the guests need it.

The location is perfect, you can jump directly from the hotel to the beach, and there are many restaurants and bars in walking distance. The staff is very nice, always smiling and willing to help. Samuel is an amazing employee, always giving his best. The hotel is new and the room are big and well furbished. The pool is huge and opened many hours a day

The WiFi was not strong enough as anounced, I had to work using mobile phone's 5G as the WIFI was not reliable It is still being built so there is no SPA, despite of the name, if I had known this I would have selected a different one. The breakfast can be easily improved, lots of food and some ready made eggs but the quality is not of a 5* There are too many rules, they even charge you a lot for losing a towel key, you cannot make money from these things

1. The bed is very hard, difficult to relax and sleep well. It's a big issue. 2. Our romm was 317, not recommend, as behind the wall its air conditioners system that's working 24h, and for the night quite loud.. You can here it. 3. During checkout was small mistake with a bill, it's was ok, solved, bud I didn't get final bill

The hotel was new and super clean, the staff was accommodating and friendly, the pool was elegant, the breakfast buffet has many varieties and tastes superb 💕

The staff were incredibly friendly and made an effort to know you personally. Their customer service was impeccable and problems were resolved swiftly. They often went above and beyond. Especially Sam at the pool and Eric at breakfast, they were fantastic! The breakfast staff were really flexible with dietary requirements and always made sure there were enough food options. The pool is beautiful and the rooms are a good size. Beds are super comfortable. The location is great, right on white beach and surrounded by restaurants.

I just don't like the overpricing charges for the accomodation , upgrading room cost alot, charges for 3rd and 4th persons per night was too much as well. I just don't like their system on how they run their policies about other things like for breakfast, they are not open about the ala carte service for kids who doesnt't eat that much and which was not worth paying of a buffet price. They also don't have spa available yet in the hotel. Everything you expected to any hotel services was in exchanged for money. Overpriced as I would say. The service was good, but it could be better.

The pool was spacious; having the accommodation open to the pool area was a great choice for us! The breakfast buffet and lunch buffet offered excellent choices and provided a lot of Filipino foods that we were looking for. The service, particularly in the LaFiesta was exceptional - the dining staff were very welcoming and friendly and provided exceptional service. The property offered beach toys and floaties which was handy.

The space in the bathroom of our accommodation was quite tight, particularly the toilet area. Fixtures in the bathroom were falling off and the water pressure in the shower was dismal. The size of the bed for the room that parents would share would be more comfortable had it been bigger. The food that we ordered from the pool cafe wasn’t quite up to the standard that we were expecting, particularly according to the price.

I had the pleasure of staying at Mandarin Bay for 4 days and 3 nights with my family, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is located in a prime spot on Boracay, just a short walk from the beautiful White Beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. We had a bit of a hiccup with our flight being cancelled, but the receptionist was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in finding new rooms. The staff’s genuine care for guests really made a difference in our stay, and we felt truly taken care of throughout. As for the amenities, the hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, with all the essentials provided. I especially appreciated how well-maintained everything was, it’s clear that they take pride in the upkeep of the property. Overall, Mandarin Bay exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boracay, whether you're there for a relaxing getaway or a more active beach vacation. The combination of great service, excellent amenities, and prime location makes it a fantastic choice.
