Great location. Rooms was very clean and comfortable. Beddings were decent. Free water was provided. They have a mini fridge that can store small bottles. Steps away from the beach, restaurants and entertainment Wifi works. The tv works albeit mostly local channels. Free breakfast at Nigi Nigi restaurant is a big plus

Since its 3 meters away from a restaurant/bar with live music it can get noisy at night.. not a problem if youre a late sleeper.. the loud music shuts down by 11 pm.. also didnt like the fact when I arrived there was no one at the front desk (they also double as housekeeping).. but they let me check in early.. also the road where the hotel is located is still. under repair which means a hard time walking with luggage

Staff were very friendly and helpful. She even called island star express for me to confirm our pickup time from the hotel for departure. We love the breakfast which is a little walk from the lodging, they are called Nigi nigi nu noos. We tried the pancakes, American breakfast, and the bangsilog.

The lodging is beside a restaurant that does live music and band (and fire dancers) from 6 pm to 12:30 midnight. Of course, no sleep for us until 1:00 AM. We are not party people so ... The cooler or mini fridge where they sell drinks don't really get cool. Aside from these things, everything is good, no complaints. Oh I forgot, I booked them from booking.com which I remember saying that under 17 is not an adult but they charged me for my 13-yr old son. But it's okay, I didn't mind so much I just hoped they updated the listing in booking.com so I am not surprised. Whatever the real pricing is should be reflected in the listing, not come out as additional charges later on. Maybe, update the listing also as having a neighboring live band/music up to midnight for non-partying peeps like us.

It's accessible to the beach, and we can cook our own meals, which is perfect since we have strict dietary restrictions for our senior companion. I also love waking up to the sound of the waves in the morning and having a beautiful beach view from the penthouse.

Well, the stairs were really steep—we had to climb up four floors, which was quite a challenge, especially for the senior member of our group. It was a bit tiring and inconvenient for them, but thankfully, we managed and everything still went well overall.

We stayed 3D2N, apart from accessible location the rest of the experience was average.

They let us check in early, but most of the time that we go to the service counter to request for beach towel, service water or for complimentary breakfast no one is around to assist us. We either comeback or wait. The amenities are basic, the faucet at the sink has this weird sound and you can’t turn it off. You can get better options with other hotel with the same price.

Its in station 2 close to everything! The penthouse was very spacious. Its has a homey feel. You have the sea view and can also see the fire dance every night. It was good value for money! We love it.

Things that you may consider if using penthouse is its in 4th floor- not suited for older people and very noisy at night due to the loud music from the fire dance show and band performing just across the acom. We ddnt mind it though.

- it was really close to the beach and other convenient locations such as bars/restaurants/sari-sari stores - spacious room for 3 people - there was a hose by the front gate to spray off sand before heading to our room - bath and beach towels were available to be changed daily! (though beach towels were only free on the first day, otherwise it’s a 50php fee per person) - the plugs had USB ports for charging which was convenient for international plugs! - bed and pillows were really comfy!

- no separate flooring or even a barrier for the shower so the whole bathroom floor got soaked - the AC wasn’t the best, we had to use the fan as well (which was provided anyway) - shower pressure was weak in our room - the road to get to the property from the main road was really hard to walk on, potholes galore - with it being super close to the beach front, it did get quite loud, late, due to the restaurants/bars with live musics, although we slept through it as we were knackered from the our day activities lol

The most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever slept on and I slept on many. A shower with unlimited cold and very hot water. A very effective air conditioner. A friendly staff, always available and helpful. A very convenient location.

The construction works going on right in front of the hotel and the thin window. One evening a guy was using a hammer at 10pm 20 meters away from the room, felt like he was working directly in the room while I was trying to sleep.

Live music outside the window, so couldn’t sleep before midnight, which is not often a problem. The shower was divided from the toilet only by a curtain, so water would gather around the toilet after showering

It's very near the beach (1 minute walk), restaurants, and shops. The hotel has a place to wash off sand before you go to your room, which is very useful. In front of your room, you have a place to hang your wet clothes for drying. The shower has a heater, they give you a beach towel and the room is very clean.

If you do not like noise, since it's in front of a paluto, at night up to 12mn, there is a band playing and fire dancers. However, the noise is tolerable.

Property was right next to the beach great location easy to get food and lots of different restaurants to go close by. Good air con and the staff were helpful

VERY loud music right outside the property till late at night around 11/12pm so hard to sleep even with ear plugs. Shower was also cold no hot water
