the location is really good, a short walk to the busy part of the white beach. Brach was perfect and not crowded, which is great plus.

I was really disappointed, that I did not get the room I paid for, as staff explained, that you have to require in advance the room, that is shown in the photos (superior room), otherwise you just get what is left on the same floor (without access to balcony, view to another building and etc). Photos of selected room do not match with what you get. However, we finally got another room, which was a bit better, but still not the one we imagined for…staff tried to do their best, I do really appreciate it do much, but the manager of hotel should inform users of booking.com about the situation and state, that the room does not match the photos (view to the sea, access to huge common terrace from the room).

This hotel (hostel) is in a quiet environment of "Station 3", and is almost perfect for those who want to enjoy the sea, wind and light in a simple way, keeping the number of things neccesary to a minimum. If I needed anything else, I could buy it at a nearby store like 7/11 store. In particular, the oceanfront room was the best, and I could spend a luxurious time there. GoogleMap Comments by others are generally accurate. The room is equipped with the bare essentials: two bath towels, two toothbrushes, two glasses, two cups, two sets of instant coffee, a kettle, a safety deposit box, and a pitcher of drinking water that we can fill up from the water dispenser on each floor. Cleaning is on request, so I could relax in my room without worrying about it. There are various types of hotels (hostels) in Boracay, so it's a good idea to decide on a hotel after we(travellers) have decided what we're looking for and what kind of time we want to spend there. If we get this wrong, the evaluation will change completely depending on the person. The staffs are friendly and helpful. This is the kind of hotel, I think.

I'd like not only a bath towel but a face towel equipped. (Though in the Philippines, a case without a face towel is not unusual)

The best location on White Beach. The beach itself is, the sea (depth is good for swimming) not crowded ar all -as other stations(especially station 2) Accommodation was basic but clean and comfortable. Room was very spacious, teo king size beds, fully equipped. You have filtered water on each floor. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Restaurant food was very tasty , high quality and affordable . Ambiance over all is comfy and cosy in tropical paradise. Hotel doesn’t provide beach beds, only beach towels. Walking distance from D’mall 5 min.

It would be nice to have a shower handle ( they only have ceiling shower)

Spacious room and big beds. We had the front balcony room ( photo taken from there, tge other is from the hotel reception) well worth it to have a beautiful view on the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Beach towels upon request. The area is very nice and chill comparing to station 2, which us only about 5-7 minute walk.

Its always damp on the island so the room had typical damage from that. And our TV did not work one night. I think its satelite and there was poor signal. Not a big deal but it was nice on other nights to chill before bed after a long day in the sun with a movie. There is a bar next door so you do hear some chill music and some people there till about 11pm. But station 2 goes till much later and is much louder.

Excellent Location on Boracay Station 3 clean beach , we where on the ground floor had a balcony with view of the beach . Has a very good restaurant wonderful staff Hotel and restaurant . They have rooms on the second and third floor with an amazing view of the beach. We had to call for the AC they where quick to come and get it started excellent service from the staff

We loved the room size and beds but it needs a bit of Upgrading specially the bathroom . it did not spoil our stay

Front beach access - The hotel is facing the beach front. If you want a peaceful stay away from the noise and crowd, it's perfect to stay here. You can sunbathe or chill at the beach peacefully without people walking around. It's also away from all the noise during the evenings. They provide beach towels for you to use Balcony - The room does have a balcony with a partial sea view.

Internet - The internet connection is unstable. You'd be better off walking a minute away and staying at a cafe or pub nearby and using your mobile data if you need to work. You will also need to reconnect every single time you leave and return to the hotel. AC - AC at times cannot keep the entire room cool despite adjusting the temperature to the lowest temp possible. Location - It's far from D'mall and it's far from the main road as well. You either have to walk by the beach or walk to the main road to get a ride. You have to set your expectations that you'll have to carry your luggage a few meters from the road as they're a few meters away from the main road.

Location was perfect as were the staff. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Don't know who tile the bathroom floor.

Very disappointed regarding outsider taking all outside seats on Sunday. Was not ordering drinks but bought there own and paid corkage.. For that reason I would not stay again. Hotel guests should be priority.

Beach is within walking distance from the hotel. Room size is ok, could have been a bit bigger, I mainly took the breakfast, just normal and price is reasonable. For other choices like Thai or Japanese I need to go elsewhere nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was no hot bath in room 402 where I stayed, disappointing I thought it was supposed to be checked and serviceable. I didnt bother to call anyone to check bcos it supposed to be in working condition. No welcome drinks/ fruits or free soft drinks in the fridge,maybe due to cost savings. Lighting a bit poor

The location on Station 3 was great if you like quiet and don't mind walking a few hundred meters to more of the "action". The ocean water in front of the hotel was nicer than station 2 and 1 in my opinion as station 3 didn't have as much seaweed in the water when we went in the month of August. Complimentary water from water cooler was a great touch. I have never seen that before in a hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little bit older and my room did not have a safe. Rooms are older and a bit outdated but for me the location was better than Station 1 or 2 and the staff and the complimentary water turns this hotel from about a 6 or 7 all the way up to an 8 or 9 scoring from me. Would definitely go back again if a good deal is offered and I had the time to go. Again, the staff at the hotel were wonderful.

nothing major-just needs some touch up or renovation as things are a bit outdated but can't complain too much at the special deal we got when we went.

During my stay at the Signature Beach Hotel in Boracay, I was truly impressed by its stunning beachfront location.
