Overall, it's an excellent place to stay. The thermal baths, both indoor and outdoor, were quite enjoyable and fun. Our 2.5-year-old daughter was absolutely delighted. The rooms were quite clean, and the hotel's logistics were convenient. The food in the restaurants was also quite good. The breakfasts were exceptional, offering a wide variety of dishes.

I was dissatisfied with the staff's conduct in the restaurants, such as the main restaurant near the lobby and the pizzeria by the pool. In the lobby-adjacent restaurant, a waitress-in-training acted rudely and unprofessionally, suggesting we move to the bar as it was inconvenient for her to serve us cocktails or ice cream at our table. A similar experience occurred at the pizzeria by the pool, where the waitress's demeanor implied we were unwelcome because it required her to attend to our needs, despite us being the only patrons at the time.

Super friendly staff, all facilities were clean and well maintained. Unlimited access to the thermal baths is also a big plus. We loved the cute little bowling alley downstairs. There's also a dancing floor with a couple of DJs. After we were the only guests left, they started playing some proper beats istead of remixes of J-Lo's hits from the early 2000s. That was completely unexpected for Polish countryside. Those guys were probably the greatest highlight of our stay.

The pricing seems a bit steep for what you're getting. The hotel is indeed well maintaned and fall well within good standards, but you can get the same quality of service and amenities for less in the region. If you're located on upper floors, be sure you're well fit for stair climbing - the elevators are slow and crowded.

It's a very clean, pleasant hotel. We spent one night there, and it was perfect. I am satisfied. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty with a wide variety to choose from.

The internet access is a disaster; the wifi is almost unusable. Good quality internet access was only available at certain points in the hotel. There was no internet in the room, only near the door, and even there, only when the door was open.

Great value for money, excellent diner like in 5* restaurant, big choice of different foods 😋 👌 Very friendly and polite personal in the restaurant. Free underground parking. Excellent relax in SPA and banias.

Very noisy air conditioning fan 🙄, all pillows were of very bad quality. All these did not help to rest and sleep. Sorry. Missing garbage bin in the room 🤔

Went off season, not many people at all in whole facility. However, couldn't get a 1 hour late checkout. Really a disappointment as we were leaving and didn't have to be airport for another 6 hours. When asked they said they had to check but our room was needed for next reservation. Sure, nothing specific about our room. Simple request, wonder what else seems simple but they don't take the effort to do?! With that said,, really empty place, could go all places and not be crowded.

Thermal baths were massive and lots of fun, breakfast was delicious, there's an option to request a lunch bag which is perfect if you're going hiking

No conditioner in the rooms!! For a spa & pool destination the rooms should have body lotion and conditioner for guests. Make sure to bring these to protect your skin & hair.

The reason for the trip was to have fun with my children. The Hotel was excellent and the pools even better.

Room could have been bigger (there were 3 of us in one room).
