Excellent location if going to the thermal baths in bukowina, few good restaurants and shops around, we rented a car and it is just a few minutes drive from zakopane, beautiful views of the Tatra mountains from our balcony, staff very friendly and helpful. Included was use of the spa with a jacuzzi steam room and sauna which looks to be recently renovated and very clean. Great value for money considering how lovely the hotel is, would definitely go back and would 100% recommend it staying around the zakopane region.

It was a great stay. The biggest and nicest surprise was the saunarium at the bottom of the house, we did not know about it before arrival. Although we stayed only a few days we managed to swim in hot springs outdoors in the Bania Bukovina, ski, and go hiking in the mountains. Moreover we discovered a new restaurant Wanta, not very expensive and with excellent home-cooked food., nearby hotel Rysy. The breakfasts in the hotel were also very good, rich and tasty. Only It would be good to have two coffee machines instead of one, taking under consideration the number of guests. The hotel is carefully designed, interiors are white and light, and based on stylised folk motives,

There was a special offer for the Sylvester Night, about which there was no information on booking.com We paid at least twice as much for the Dinner, having not booked it in advance. We slightly had an impression, that as guests from the booking, we were treated a little bit different than other clients.

The hotel is very well located in the heart of the Tatras. Very easy access everywhere around, to the thermal baths, Zakopane and Morskie Oko. Quite big parking (even if it gets full!). Breakfast was amazing, with a majestic view to the mountains. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very big rooms and comfortable bed. They have a small spa area with jacuzzi and 2 saunas which were perfect after many hours driving.

I was expecting a slightly more modern room, but they're not bad in any way. Everything was perfect.

There was a systemic issue with the key card, which was ultimately resolved by providing a physical key for the duration of the stay. Floor -1 is relatively noisy, primarily due to the neighbors, and the noise is exacerbated by the tile floors in the corridor, rather than carpet. The parking fee is 10 PLN per day, which seems unreasonable considering the room rates and the general trend towards complimentary parking in neighboring hotels.

The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Great location, bus stop to Zakopane around the corner, 10 mins walk to Bukovina Terms. Comfortable mattress, good-sized bathroom and shower. Beautiful view from the terrace. The sauna and jacuzzi were perfect to use after hiking to Morskie Oko. I'll definitely be back.

I was in room 1 which has a bit strange layout but since I was staying on my own, it didn't bother me much. It would be a bit noisy if the hotel was busier due to the fact that it's on the same level as the sauna and jacuzzi. The pillows may need an upgrade.

I stayed here together with my mom and son. After reading some reviews I had some concerns about cleaning and room facilities. BUT I'm really really satisfied with the room. It is quite modern and clean, and no smell. The mattress is comfortable, the linings are of a high quality. The bathroom is modern and clean as well. The night traffic did not bother us at all. Oh, and there was such a wonderful view in our room. 😍 it was really nice to have a cup of tea watching how the snow is covering the pines🌲🌲🌲 I'm sorry that we didn't try the restraint cause my son got sleep so fast after the whole day in Therms Bukovina.

I was more than just satisfied with this hotel! Thanks a lot to everyone who is working there, great job :) Bukowina is full of guesthouses and apartments, but we wanted to find the hotel as we were coming in the morning, so we wanted to place our luggage somewhere + we were thinking about having breakfast in the hotel as well. So among all other options this hotel looked like the best deal. And damn, IT REALLY WAS! Couldn't be any better. 1. Location is just perfect. It's just 7 minutes from Bukowina thermal waters which was our destination actually. And it's just 2 minutes from the bus stop. So no matter what you want, this hotel is right in the center. There are few cafes and shops near the hotel, it was super useful. 2. I loved the hotel itself a lot. The staff was very nice and friendly, thank you! They allowed us to store our luggage as we arrived early. They also explained everything super well and explained the breakfast options. When you are in the hotel you realize it's a mountain house because of its interior. I loved it a lot! There were elevators, good bathrooms, nice decorations inside. 3. Our room was much better than on the photos. First of all, it was spacious. Second of all, the view was breathtaking, I could've look at the mountains over and over again. The bed was fine, water bottles as a gift were appreciated, everything was working fine. The bathroom was amazing: so light, big and nice! I just loved it a lot. I have no idea what else to add. Next time we come, we are at this place. Thank you!

It has a lot of parking and is pretty easy to get in and the staff is pretty nice

The pillows are kind of uncomfortable and also there’s no fan and there’s mosquitoes and we couldn’t close the window because there’s no fan and the curtains we have to use it obviously for the sun light and because of that there the room where hot even though the windows where opened and also the ladies that clean the room normally at the hotels we go the ladies clean the room every day in our case well… the ladies never went to

Very friendly stuff and clean and modern hotell. The hotell restaurant offer a nice menu containing traditional and local dishes. The spa did add extra value after a day of hiking in the mountains. Also location is a bless, both for hiking and visiting places close by, like Zakopane located about 25 min away with car. Friendly stuff helped us to book attractions and proposed different activities in the area as well. Thanks, that boosted our staying and we did avoid some troubles too.

Very kind and helpful staff. Excellent location. Good rooms. Beautiful view from terrace. Additional services like SPA zone access for free was good surprise. Very pet friendly. Not bad restaurant but only in comparison to hotel restaurants.

Unfortunately we had got room with possibility to extend space to neighbour room for families for example and there was joint door between rooms but in our case we received very loud neighbours and you cannot predict such things. Of course noise insulation for doors much more lower than from walls as result we heard everything from them. I don't know can you ask to avoid such issues during reservation. In our case when we came there was no free rooms as results we had to stay with this problem.
