I liked very much exceptional cleanness and Christmas decorations in the halls of hotel, as we were during Xmas time. Cozy restaurant and breakfasts, very friendly and helpful personnel. The beds and linens are white and very clean, there is a soap and shower gel for every guest.

There were no minibar/fridge, as I always carry eyedrops, which requires a storage in a fridge, I was a little disappointed, but in general it didn't make a bad impression of the hotel in general.

Breakfast was really exceptional, although coffee machine broke down and nobody was able to repair it or plug another one in. All facilities seem to be new and the feeling is great. There is kids room.

Room and common place were rather cold. Suprisingly no fridge and only small recycle bin in the room. Kids room has all potential to get better but there are toys only for 1y olds Surroundings - there is exactly nothing around so its hard think of returning. Not even cell phone signal. Wifi signal very weak. The receptionist did not seem to care much while check in.

Breakfast was excellent. Also enjoyed lunch in the restaurant -- very good. Room was spacious and comfortable. A very nice place to stay.

A little far from the center of town, but not a big problem.

Nice and big room, with a terrace with a nice view. Not in the city but not far from Chocholow thermal bath. Nice personnel at the reception. Good breakfast.

when we arrive in the evening , there was a food smell from the restaurant below.

We were placed into room for handicapped which was not what I expected.

Nice and clean place. The staff was friendly and let me leave a car for 4 days, when I went for a bicycle trip. Very good breakfast, there were even waffles :)

Bit too loud, I could hear the neighbors from the room next to mine.

we attended a wedding party in the downstairs venue, therefore a good location - otherwise not really close to anything by foot - with car or transport option its still good room was clean and comfortable

Excellent location, well fitted kitchen, pleased to see coffee and tea bad being available to use, parking spot for a car

Missing air conditioner,while open windows solve the problem, it is noisy to sleep

Comfortable, big room, comfortable bed linen, clean.

Breakfast could have the hot dish for children, because it was only eggs and sausages.
