Accommodation with a touch of history, tastefully and decently furnished, with very helpful staff and air conditioning in the room. The beds were excellent! The hotel is dog-friendly – we stayed there with two dogs. Parking available on site, although the access to the parking lot is really narrow. However, there was also the option to park on the street in front of the hotel, free of charge during the weekend (we were guided by the helpful receptionist).

I would have appreciated a fridge in the room :) During the day, some strange local people were hanging around nearby, which spoiled the overall impression of the area a bit :(

This is a gem of a small hotel. It is like a Faberge egg that is nice on the outside but so beautiful on the inside. You walk in and are ao surprised by the beautiful interior design and attention to detail. We asked for a twin room so our room was large for a twin and had a desk areas It had comfortable beds. The bathroom was a good size for a small hotel. The room was very light and airy and we had a lovely view of the interview courtyard patio. We ate dinner two nights at the hotel because I had the flu and the food was excellent and very reasonable. It is perfectly located between the old town and the Shrine. I used their sauna and two person jacuzzi bath in their spa area which was tastefully decorated and very relaxing. The staff was very accommodating.

Wi-fi practically only at the reception area, the signal did not reach our room. Also almost no signal in the room (the internet was not accesible even with my own data/roaming). Our room was on the ground floor and VERY dark. We only stayed one night so we did not care, but the lack of daylight was surprising, we needed to have the lights on at all times or it was really dark. This may only be the issue with rooms facing the inner court & downstairs. Also the other hotel guests chatting and drinking in the inner court area (basically just outside our windows ) until midnight were a bit annoying.

I booked last minut and they took the time to call me and specify the kind of bed I would need. I believe they even gave me a higher grade room, apartment, to meet the bed requirements without additional cost. The breakfast was good, everything carefully selected. They even made tasty omelette on place.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was easy to find.

The hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. But the location itself is in a "shadier" part of town.

The mini fridge didn’t function—and smelled rotten inside. A considerable hike to Jasna Góra—30 min. All hallway activity was heard from within the room and vice versa.

Good location, clean and modest. The staff were friendly and attentive. There is also a hotel parrot called Franek who is a delight.

The walls aren’t well sound proofed so the noise fr9’ the outside tends to seep into the hotel and the locals can be very noisy. The hotel guests can also sometimes be busy coming back late and unfortunately the walls don’t keep that noise out.

Didn't have breakfast. No car. Everything fine. Quiet except around 4 in the morning when cars started up! So shut the windows!

The Hotel has an excellent position, in a quite place very near to Częstochowa center. It has a free private parking. Rooms very spacious and really comfortable. Staff, so nice and makes you feel like home. Nice and lovely breakfast.
