We ended up spending a night here on Saturday 12/07 before leaving to go home to Ireland the next day via Ryanair. Location wise - its a stones throw away from the airport. The staff were all very accommodating and nice - literally all of them - huge credit to the hotel. There was no issue with us checking in at 01.30 due to arriving late. Our daughter was unwell with a sore throat so they helped with herbal tea, ice etc. The room - while basic and small, was immaculate and provided everything we needed. Happy to recommend and would easily stay again.

No obvious downsides for us.

The only issue I had was the staff member requested my child's ID as well, which I haven't had had requested in other properties. I am not sure what was then done with both our IDs (or how and where the data would be shared), but it was returned to me some 10 minutes later, both IDs with some pen ink on them. I understand it might have been due to child security purposes, but more clarity from the staff as to why it was asked and what was done with the document, and not staining it, would have made it a better stay. Apart from that small incident, it was a flawless stay. Restaurant also did not have many options, which might annoy other people. I usually eat out, so I did not mind it.

The interior design is stunning, the cleanliness is impeccable, and most importantly, the young and friendly staff make the experience truly delightful. I highly recommend booking the Moxy Hotel if you’re traveling through Katowice Airport. I drove to the airport, parked my car at a nearby lot for a week, and went on vacation. On my return, I spent a night at the Moxy Hotel, which is conveniently located just 300 meters from the airport. The next morning, I walked to pick up my car from the parking lot. This arrangement worked out perfectly for me logistically.

The room was a bit small for two people and lacked sufficient storage space for two suitcases. However, given its walking distance to the airport and convenient parking options nearby, I feel very fortunate to have stayed at Moxy. Additionally, the breakfast was very tasty, offering a classy continental selection.

I like the atmosphere and the friendly staff, also that there is plenty of space to lounge (both inside and outside). The meeting rooms are also very nice when you need a little more privacy.

I was really disappointed with the food I ordered. I have food allergies, so I just ordered the burger patty with lettuce, figuring I would be pretty safe, and thinking that it would be hard to screw up a burger... I was wrong. The frozen, then re-heated patty was possibly the worst I've had. I am wondering how much meat was in there, and the consistency was somewhere between carboard and chewy rubber. I would be embarrassed to serve that as food... Better to leave it off the offering and go with the ready-to-heat-and-eat meals, which are not great, but are far superior to this mystery meat patty that I struggled to chew and swallow!

Super clean and comfortable. Literally about a minute walk from the terminals. Surprisingly quiet being right next to an airport, I sat outside surrounded by greenery on the sun bed style benches with some coffee and felt very relaxed before my flight. Was a very nice way to start a travel day! The staff were really friendly and helpful, food was good (beer was great!) I didn't use the gym, but looks like it does the job if that's what you enjoy. Rooms were quiet and clean, beds comfy. Overall vibe is really cool, felt very welcome and at home. 10 out of 10!

Maybe a little on the pricier side but more on observation than a complaint, it is an airport convenience hotel, after all! Partly feel like it's deserved because of having such a positive experience!

The best feature is its proximity to the airport - literally about 5 minutes' walk away. It's quite a stylish hotel, though I did feel it's trying a bit too hard to be hip, and when corporates like Marriott try to be hip it's a bit like dad-dancing, But the 24 hour bar / eaterie was useful, the room was comfortable, and it was at a very reasonable price.

I think it's the only hotel I've ever visited which had no facilities at all for making tea / coffee in the room. That's really not acceptable in 2024.

It has a unique style but I loved all the arty references. I enjoyed my stay and the staff were great. Food and drink a bit pricy but if in comparison to the airport prices, it depends on the atmosphere you want.

Booked through booking.com thought breakfast was included. Sadly not. And I loved the style of the bedroom and bathroom and shower great. However complimentary products had run out or dried up pump for body soap and moisturizing shampoo conditioner. I tried to resolve this with shower water but couldn't see how to improve this, but was only 2 days and had other products.. so it's minor really.

This hotel is located just 500 meters from Katowice Airport, making it an excellent choice for anyone catching an early morning flight and wanting to avoid the stress of rushing. The rooms are small but cozy, with clean and comfortable bathrooms. The 24/7 reception is a great convenience, especially for late arrivals or early departures.

However, there are no wardrobes in the rooms, which can be inconvenient for longer stays if you have more luggage.

Great location. If you arrive late it will be great choice to come by walk to this hotel and have a good rest. Same if you have morning flight. You can sleep well and make sure you will not be late because of transportation. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect. The only thing we really needed in room is kettle, it could be nice to have it in the room. But its okay, we went to reception and asked for hot water. Staff was friendly and speak English well. And cute trees and snow outside made my mood really good:)

Please if you could add kettles to the rooms that would be great

It is a very convenient airport hotel. It is very close to Katowice Airport, that is the only reason to stay in this hotel. Rooms are comfortable, the bed is perfectly OK, and you have everything you may need for a night's stay near the airport, especially if you have an early flight, as we had. This is a regular airport hotel.

According to our needs and the location we could not expect for something different or better. As mentioned this is a regular airport hotel, and it is meant to allow a single night stay before your flight.
