Visiting termy rzymskie is a unique experience and I would really visit it again. The area is very nice and when it is snowing the view from the windows of the room is unforgettable day and night. The breakfast is good enough. Clean room.

The bed linen didn't smell nice. The first room I was given the first day had a broken window shade so I couldn't sleep due to the light. Hopefully the next day they accepted to change the room. The decoration is too vintage and it was not my taste. I felt that the time in the room stopped one century ago. A lot of stuff in the room needs renovation. I thought that Knowledge of basic English language is taken for granted from the personnel in such expensive hotel. Unfortunately I was wrong. Also I would expect more friendliness in behaviour. If there was no good breakfast and no unlimited access to the termy I would never stay again at this hotel. No value for money.

The SPA is probably the best in the world out of those I visited on couple different continents in number of countries. The personnel at the counter and in the SPA area is very friendly and supportive. Of course the great bonus are sauna shows which make this place the sauna world capital. I just hope I will be able to stay there when the colosseum will be open (that one is just my schedule). I am really excited to visit the show in the colosseum.

It was a great stay but there was a louder group singing up to 2-3 AM, which didn't help to sleep. However, the apartment offered was a great space.

Very convenient to visit the thermal baths. I am glad I stayed here for one night. Great deal as the price of admission is included and you have access to the room at any time. I got to Katowice and back by bus, very easy. There is even a supermarket right outside the spa. Breakfast was great. AC was great. The show in the big sauna was very funny and unexpected.

The room's electronic locks are annoying. The room before mine had a bug in the lock and the alarm rang very loud and there was no staff...the noise was very loud even in my room and made sleeping difficult. They certainly have a big problem with these locks.

Roman Baths (specially the outside area) gives quite unique experience. Shows in saunas are very energetic and joyful.

No air conditioning in the rooms, roomas are kind of worn out. Limited choice in breakfast and no decent coffee (coffeemaker was broken).

I think we had the cheapest room available and yet it was much better than the best rooms in most of the hotels. And of course wellness in Roman style is the absolute best, one day isn't enough to experience it whole!

The staff spoke very little English and many signs in the Sauna's area were only in Polish.

I loved my stay here. Friendly, helpful and kind staff. Great apartment and access to the gym and sauna complex is wonderful.

The style of the property is exceptional. The facilities are excellent. The Spa has great facilities with lovely swimming pools.

Very good place to stay and relax in hotel available SPA & Wellness zone which had all necessary. The big surprise was Coliseum sauna with show. Breakfast was good for me. Room was clean with available air condition. Parking for free.

Great place. Great atmosphere. Great saunarium. Great seans. Great staff. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves a great sauna atmosphere.
