Very friendly staff, good location, clean rooms, all facilities. We was at World Championship to trout fishing with artificial baits, it is our lucky hotel - our team from Bulgaria win 3 place and bronze medals.

It's fair price for what you get.

The room was clean and tidy. Spacious TV and a clean bathroom. Air conditioning available. Two children's beds provided, which was very convenient. A small kitchen area for cooking meals. Breakfast could be delivered to the room only at 9:30. So we didn't order because we have to leave earlier.

The location was disappointing: the surrounding area felt old, not charming, and filled with unpleasant characters (alcoholics, loiterers), which created discomfort even if they didn't disturb us directly. Many nearby shops were overcrowded with such people, giving a negative impression. A lot of reconstruction in the city (roads and even the castle) limited sightseeing opportunities. Bedspreads on the beds felt very cheap and unpleasant to touch.

Staff was great especially Marek who was also assisting us last year . The VIP room was great . Perfect for the Family . Great views 😃.

Clean and large room with great view and of course balcony 😃

The location was great - in the middle of town. The staff was very polite and useful. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and large. As a surprise gift, we received an upgrade to a VIP room, which made us feel exceptional. Quiet music in the hall was great addition and made us feel like on holidays.

The room was small, and the TV was too high. We stayed on the last floor, which the lift did not reach, so we had to walk one floor up on foot but we had choice to do it so it was not a major issue. The reception staff was available only from 13.00 till 23.00, which was a little bit odd as the staff in hotels is usually 24 hours.

The hotel has a good environment, good hygiene, good service ano friendly attitude of the administrator.

Nice place to stay, good value for money. Room was clean and well equipped, even for a longer stay. I would stay there again.

Pleasant lady at the reception. Elevator to the upper floors. Spacious room with air conditioning, overlooking the old castle. large and convenient parking.

Too soft beds and too big pillows, but that's our opinion.

The kitchen facilities are good.

There was not enough shampoo.
