Every thing was perfect and good, but they do not provide you the cutlery in the room and they should provide at least one set of cutlery in each room on a daily basis as they charged me 3 zloty last time too. so It is better if you have your personal cutlery set with you, which you could reuse, if you are planning to stay for longer.

They could put the bigger fridge in the common area, as there were no fridge in the beginning and now they have small fridge in common area

Great location. However area around looks like desolated. Hotel rooms and corridors were clean. Hotel looks better inside than outside. Hote staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was cheap and very tasty.

Tv reception or rather no reception (I wasn't interested in watching tv but it was a bit disappointing). Washing basin is to small. If you open the tap to fast your trousers might be wet. Towel heater is placed to close to the wall socket. If you want unplug it you have to be careful and not hit metal with your hand.

Staff is very pleasant. Reseption is 24/7 and it was easy to checkin late night. Tasty breakfast.

It's hard to find entrance at night. The parking is unequipped and overcrowded. There were no empty places. The cars were arranged chaotically and in a disorderly manner. Some of them were blocked. Didn't look safe. But there is a good free parking from another side of the builing.

Room was clean, personal was friendly and helpful and very good breakfast was served. Hotel is close to the city center and easily reachable. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is at the end of street between garages and half vacant building. The last part of the road is in bad shape. The equipment is worn down even though in acceptable state.

We stayed for 2 nights. Basically we just slept there, but everthying was good. The rooms and the bathroom was clean and nice. The bathroom is quiet small but for us it was enough. When we arrived the room was quiet cold, but after the heater started to work what made it more comfortable.

To recommand for a stay for a short trip. The staff is very friendly and helpfull if you need any help or service. The rooms are very clean. From the center or Sosnoviec Glowny it is only five tram stations away if you don't go by car. The breakfast is commune but good. And there are some beautifull sightseeings and a nice park in the near.

Well for a short trip and stay alone int the hotel everything was okay. In some other reviews I was already warned that the outside looking is irritating and there are thins walls, if some neighbour is too loud. Beside for me it was irritating that some chairs like in my room and the breakfast room look a bit used. Beside that there is nothing really to mention.

The two separate beds as they leave the gap in between while sleeping and bed is too soft
