Chose this hotel again because it is basically an extension of the skating rink, and the price is similar to or lower than an apartment in the city center, plus the commute would've been awful. The staff and customer service is phenomenal. All the necessities were there, the room was clean, nothing to really complain about. Would stay there again for any skating event.

The thermostat was broken, but the staff arrived after a call and let the warm water run for a bit before it started working (the water, not the thermostat). I'd appreciate a kettle in the room or anywhere that's publicly available.

It is automated hotel, after booking we immediately received a code for entering the building. We finished our checkinin the kiosk type machine in the foyer and got the card. This is very convienent for late arrivals. Parking is free, in the front of the building. Hotel is located next to old stylish renovated old area of old coal mine workers. For breakfast I recomment Cafe Byfyj which is 150 meters away

The place might not be exciting from the outside, but in fact, the room was very clean, spacious, and the bedrooms very comfortable. Additionally, the self-service check-in is very well done and comfortable.

It's not clear how to enter the parking of the hotel. In this sense, Google Maps may trick you and point you to the wrong place. We parked in the wrong parking (the one of the hotel next by) and a lady came out from the building, shouting that we shouldn't park there. We drove a little bit more and finally found the right parking.

Good quality for money, very clean, the bathroom looked recently renovated, there were additional things like sewing kit and shoe cleaner, located in the historic area of town

There was a slight smell of cigarettes in the room but maybe it came through the ventilation system

The location was in a wonderful historic area. A pleasant place for walking. The room itself was simple but had everything needed. The breakfast was good.

Perhaps the carpet could use replacing, as it had a strange smell in the room.

Clean, tidy, intelligently used space. Large bathroom, wide shower area. Placed disposable hygiene items: shower caps, ear picks, face cleaning disks, file, shoe care, sewing tools. Curtains hide the light well and allow you to sleep well.

Outside, near the entrance, drunken men were walking/hanging out.

The price-quality ratio was great. I was afraid of sleeping on the couch, but it was spacious and comfortable enough. The location was further from the center, but we found everything we needed around the hotel. I definitely recommend trying their buffet breakfast. We were all satisfied with the hotel

Great place for a one night stay when you are on the road. There was no receptionist, but you receive a access code beforehand for the front door and a separate code to get your room card from a machine. Rooms were pretty good and clean, and the AC was working.

Shower knob was broken so only hot or hotter water was available. And the parking lot was full when I arrived at around 19:30.
