Service at the front desk from Natalia was nothing short of excellent. Her professionalism and dedication made our stay all the more enjoyable. The hotel garden is an absolute gem and a wonderful place to enjoy and stroll and perhaps and drink or two. The gardener should be congratulated. The hotel room and hotel and a whole is well appointed throughout and presents a level of luxury I am pleasantly surprised with particularly having enjoyed other excellent hotels throughout Europe. This hotel certainly stands out as one of the best.

The staff in the restaurant need a little more training on how serve their customers and they would definitely benefit from additional training in terms of improving their tone and attitude. Perhaps it’s a cultural thing but there is much room for improvement in this area.

An oase in a busy area. Conveniently located in reasonable proximity of the airport (15 minutes). Historically decorated rooms, Luxury style and experience. Friendly staff and clean, convenient rooms. Great breakfast, with lots of options.

Bar/restaurant closes at 10 PM, which is way too early for business travellers that appreciate a drink after having dinner elsewhere, or travellers that arrive on a late evening flight.

Very good located hotel near the autobahn and not far from the Katowice airport. Excellent kitchen for dinner, very good breakfast. Really excellent sound proofing between the rooms and good sound protection from the events held on the site. Fantastic and very friendly staff.

In reality they must think about minor but very important things like zero tolerance for smoking in the rooms, the age of towels or separate lobby bar. But anyway it’s a good hotel

Breakfast was good although in previous years the staff was better trained and the breakfast was more varied.

Narrow beds. Queen size beds in a double room would meet my criteria. It will be necessary to retrain some of the staff working in the reception, breakfast room and dining room. Room rates with breakfast for private individuals are higher than for business travelers.

Excellent night in this place - best overnight stay in Poland ever. We managed to get some booking.com discount with 50% off and that was best price performance ever. The hotel is beautiful, clean, quiet, all amenities. Restaurant is good, we chose to get roomservice to avoid stress for our dog after all day in the car. Very nice place to walk around with the dog, before good sleep. Easy to reach fron highway.

I liked the facilities, the relaxing area with jacuzzi, gym, salt cave, sauna and tanning bed, and having it included in the reservation for one full hour only for you, is a great perk of this hotel, I enjoyed it. As well the room decoration and the view were both nice. The room was very clean.

I didn't dislike anything, maybe the location is a bit remote but in my case it really didn't matter, we came by car and from Katowice is very close, so I didn't have any complications to arrive there.

A very good 4 star hotel, even better than many 5 star hotels I have visited. A very nice garden in the courtyard of the hotel. Excellent breakfast. The reception staff worked very professionally, we spoke in english with all the staff. We will definitely come back to this hotel again

At dinner in hotel restaurant service and atmosphere was really on the high level, but shrimps in salad and main course were little bit overcooked. Next time when I stay at this hotel, I will choose room with a view of the beautiful garden of the hotel, because in the room on the side of busy street was a little bit noisy

Great breakfast, excellent service from all staff. Amazing restaurant. The location is difficult without a car. But we loved the stay.

The spa had potential but did not live up to expectations. Sauna, salt room and jacuzzy to cold. Not enough information on how things worked and not private enough.

Really lovely hotel. Worth the drive from Katowice to feel a sense of calm away from the city. I booked a garden facing room - which was quiet and I really enjoyed the view of the lovely garden during my stay. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast and food was lovely. Very, very clean. Would book again.

I know you can get tea and coffee from the restaurant- but it would be nice to have a tea/ coffee machine in the rooms. On my first night there was a wedding which did not stop until 5am- and I felt as though I was trying to sleep in a disco ……

The best part about this hotel that it is very spacious and easy to find from the motorway. Also, great staff and breakfast.

Espresso for additional price (2 x double espresso = €9) and pillows were very thin. We found offering in the room proposing better pillows for additional price.
