This hotel has really good quality. You have parking spot and really good breakfast. The room is big and the staff was friendly, easy to communicate with. Dont get me wrong because of next comment- the room is really comfortable and spacious. But there is some minor details here too. Not needed myself, but for whom it may concern they have probably the biggest TV I have ever seen in hotels.

Despite overall mint condition of a whole hotel and room, I would raise a question for a interior designer because he may have issues or just shamed the hotel. Because interior design has several major flaws. Maybe the designer has contract with supplier and managed to put the unreasonable sink in the bathroom. Thing is that there is plenty of space to a bigger counter and bigger sink, while they managed to put unusable tiny sink there where you cant properly wash hands. Soap dispenser is absurdity. There is also ethernet cable outlet in the bathroom :D For real I dont have problem with that really- there more outlets there is - the better, but it just illustrates some absurd details with interior design. In my opinion electrical outlets are better to be located in less moisture areas.

Surprisingly good, even tho the location and the outside of the building do not suggest that. Nice, convenient room – I guess mine was recently renewed. A bath in a single "economy-style" room is not a usual sight! The breakfast was way, way nicer than I'm used to in similar hotels. Great variety to choose from even half an hour before the end of breakfast. I booked it as a last minute option and it exceeded my expectations, especially for the price!

The line at the reception was rather long. There was only one person working that evening, but she did her very best to make check-ins as smooth as humanly possible. The location is not the best of you are in a rush but you can get to the city center by local bus on 20 minutes. It's not possible to open the windows fully even though there is a metal net outside of it.

It took time to warm up the room. It was cold in the bathroom. The wardrobe was of the too modern design & it's doors did not open/close easily. There was no soup in the bowl dispenser.

The room was great overall apart from a few minor "tender, love, care" issues like holes in curtain and some furniture has some scrapes on them. The staff was very helpful both before arrival regarding airport pick up and taxi service to and from the mall near by. The check in was lighting fast and smooth. The room itself was great and as we where traveling with a child, we had the room build like 2 bedrooms for extra comfort for everyone. Amazing room and to add to it, there was complimentary water bottle and mini refrigerator Everything was smooth and great value for comfort and sleep.

The restaurant was not good and we ate there both times we stayed at the hotel in June. The food didn´t live up to the hotel´s otherwise great standard. The service was very slow and the cooking time was extra slow as the second time we were the only diners there and still it took huge time to get the food. Also the bar opened at 5PM which was strange for a hotel of this standard

The staff was very nice, also the beds were realy comfy. The room was quite big, and comfortable.

The only challanging thing was the size of the sink :) it was one lf the smallest I've ever seen.

No gluten free bread in 4 stars hotel...

Hotel is fine for its price, huge parking behind the building is definetely a plus, we stayed as a family of three for one night and did not have breakfast (a bit overpriced - 49 zl. per person), however tea/coffee/water and kettle available in the room. Two big TVs, a small fridge, a hairdryer, toiletries in the bathroom. We also took advantage of the gym.

Although looking nice and modern, the room had some spots on the carpet and walls, and it was very cold in there, took couple of hours to get it warm with their central air-conditioning system. No Wi-Fi (advertisement at reception "sorry for current outage" seemed permanent, not current). And one more thing, there is no information on Booking.com / no pictures showing that the hotel is also a Casino, so be aware of that before you book.

The hotel has a nice location near a huge city park, the personal at reception and cleaning were very friendly and professional. The hotel had good parking lot and free gym available 24/7, which is great. Also we asked the receptionist if it is possible to have our own wine on dinner at the restaurant in hotel, and she said that it should not be the problem, while the waiter later said it is not possible, the restaurant itself was pricy and the waiter was arrogant and sneaky.

The hotel building is a bit old, therefore you can not use balcony, as well rooms need renovation, because furniture, walls, other amenities are sometimes with old stains, or a bit broken, as well as towels, which sometimes were ripped.

Breakfast and staff was nice.

The pillows are really uncomfortable. They are just too big for sleeping.
