I am so glad to find Hotel Diament. The Receptionist was so helpful and patient, and coped regularly with my queries. The room was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The hotel offers meals but unfortunately I didn't take advantage of them, the menu looks scrumptious. The hotel is perfectly positioned for a local shopping mall, the extensive beautiful park which I highly appreciate and heartily recommend. The football stadium and Planetarium tin the park. The hotel is very closely supported by bus and tram stops, I travelled extensively on the network, which brought me to the centre in about 10 minutes max. For the late booking I made and the very competitive price, this hotel is a gold find and I am looking forward to returning there - it is a great hotel.

Absolutely nothing

Breakfast was quite good, location is convenient next to a shopping mall and tram stop. Staff was relatively friendly. They have a communal iron and ironing board that you could use for shirts and so on.

The walls are thin and so we could hear a lot that was happening outside of our room. Also if the people next to our room would have a shower, we would hear their ventilation. We would have liked a fridge in our room for our own groceries, but we knew beforehand it wasnt in the room.

Clean rooms, perfect for people that don't like noise. Staff at the reception desk very polite and helpful, managed to answer all my questions. Dinners at the restaurant were very tasty.

Room was quite dark, the lights were not very strong. Breakfast at the restaurant was served at the buffet table open to anyone, the dishes were not covered which made me go eat somewhere else.

Rooms was very clean, beds comfortable. Room was designed very nice. Hotel is close to "Slezský stadion" so if you going to some concert this hotel is very good choose. Restaurant was nice, good food. Staff was nice and helpful. There are also some free parking places.

My check-in was delayed by almost 2 hours. Check-in was supposed to be at 14:00 but my room was ready at 15:50. Its quite big delay. To excuse them, at the date of my stay, there were a big concert at close stadium and they was completely full, all rooms was booked, they had to be very busy so some delay would not be big problem for me, anyway 2 hours was quite big delay.

Flexible Service, good food.

Sunday after 4 in the morning a loud noise with strong vibrations started and lasted for at least 30 minutes. After that after 16 in the afternoon it continued at least for 1 hour. That is very bad stay quality!

Nice design of rooms. Excellent breakfast. Possible usage of SPA and fitness. Location of the hotel, which is not in the centre.

Parking is to be paid.

Good location for the nearby football stadium which we were attending a football match at - it was only a short 10 minute walk away. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Bed is not comfortable for tall persons (2m height), parking is additionally paid and pretty expensive, with limited alternatives around

I chose the hotel because it was close to the venue, I had to visit. Its close to public transport.

The room and bathroom lamps are dark, and bathroom 's fan very loud. There were no plugs close to the bed.

Excellent location 5 mins walk from airport, we arrived at 2am and the man who met us was lovely and helpful and cheerful despite the time! Would definitely recommend x
