Spacious room with very comfy bed and nice lights and decoration. All the basic amenities you might need are available. The personnel is so friendly, welcoming and ready to help you on whatever you might need. Breakfast was tasty enough with good variety of food. The hotel on the whole has very modern architecture and the fact that it provides gym and a spa is an extra advantage.

The spa for free is very small. 2 very small saunas that can fit 4 to 6 people are not enough. There is a lot of noise between 7 in the morning and 11 at noon because just below the rooms there an organised gym. The room feels like shaking because of the weights falling on the ground at the first floor. Hopefully during the quiet time it's peaceful. The room was not hot enough when it was snowing and the heating system was very noisy too so if you need to sleep you should turn it off. I wouldn't visit it again because of the noise and because it's 45 minutes away from the city using 2 buses and too far from the airport.

Excellent hotel, with great sport facilities, very good gym and a great pool and jacuzzi. Rooms are big and clean, and the room with small kitchen very convenient. In the hotel there is a great Spa/Beauty saloon with very nice and professional therapists.. Around the hotel several big groceries and stores near by. Parking was also good. I am sure to get back to this hotel in the future!

Small things like fridge not working well, no soap at pool showers, swimming pool hours: closed between 10-15 and actually not available from 9 due to a course.

Very nice spa zone, swimming pool and saunas. Pleasant atmosphere of health and sport everywhere. Tennis courts are available incense of the complex. Everything made stylish and comfortable. Tasty cappuccino in cafe from beautiful and nice lady. And the reception with professional English speaking workers. Thank you!

The room was noisy, the walls are too thin. You could hear the door slamming and the toilet flushing nearby. The staff woke me up in the morning by opening the door for cleaning. It was unpleasant. The rest is fine

Hotel room was comfortable and cosy, facilities where great too. Staff where great with the service!

Room was located above the gym, could hear people working out early in the morning. Not an issue unless you like to sleep in.

The hotel has everything spa, pool, restaurant and pub . Location is 15 minutes away from a teon centre Room are clean

The staff in reception and the restaurant are arrogant They need extra training or someone just has to check the quality of the work Lady at the restaurant desk didn't check if is enough food during breakfast but have to use a phone print of the customer's them due to reception having a chat... And finally smoke... Recommend for the manager to monitor staff on the shift

Wellness and sauna were great, Nice room

There was no view From Window because there was a net of some kind, wish there were more shampoos or shower gels (you only get one universal). Wish the room and bedsheets smelled better. The sport activities are rather expensive.

We had a wonderful (1 night) stay at hotel bazantowo during our long roadtrip. Everything was perfect for us. The food, breakfast, staff, swimming pool, children playground on the other side of the road- we had a wonderful rest there

I recommend this hotel, very comfortable, we had a great stay with children, playing tennis, going to pool and rest in the room.

Breakfast could be a bit better, but it is not bad.

Interesting thing is there is not just a hotel but a lot of activities are in place here. You have much to do Nice gym cool pool relax massages tennis courts. Everything is included.

Nice and clean. Has an ev charger in the parking which was why we chose the hotel.

The pool is only open very early in the morning or in the evening, not at all times.
