Unfortunately I did not get the names. - All the amenities possible (and more) are in the room - The room is very cozy, functional and well organised, even if the size is not more than standard - Feels like it's a 4 or 5 star hotel, not 3 star - Amazing, cloud-like pillows (at least for my liking) Overall, I am really impressed with this hotel and I will come back for sure, whenever I have a chance.

Everything was just perfect: beautiful and well-equipped room (so many good-quality amenities!). Without exaggeration, the best breakfast ever (varied and good-quality options, great even for Poland where the food is generally good). Professional and kind staff — I got a birthday gift (craft beer made by the hotel); one day I was late for the buffet breakfast, but was offered a delicious breakfast à la carte. The location cannot be more central (on the main pedestrian street).

The rooms on the lower floors and with a view to the main pedestrian street can be a bit noisy, particularly in the evenings when people go to the bars and restaurants.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Exceptionally clean, very modern and well-designed. The location is very central and walking distance from the train-station. Check in and check out was very smooth.

The cost was pricey - when looking at other dates for the same property, seems my stay was during a time with high demand and more expensive than usual. If you’re a light sleeper, noise from people passing in the corridor is a bit loud - but I’m not, so not an issue for me.

really nice breakfast with local specialities and some really nice to haves like salmon and fresh juiced smoothies. Nice and cozy interieor (breakfast room is like a distillary/brewery) and also the rooms are very nice. Located in the city center of Katowice in walking distance to many nice restaurants. Extremely nice and helpful staff at the reception. I had an issue with the taxi company (only wanted to sed the receipt to a polish mobile number). The reception helped me to sort the issue with them. Thanks again for that exceptional service.

my shower did not work, but I got immediately a new room. So not really an issue :-)

The possibility to change the room since the first one did not m The room wас very clean. The staff is young and very helpful. They have done their best to provide me a heating body in the room since the central heating in the room has not functioned during my stay ( 3 days ) The food in the restaurant was very delicious

I did not like the first room that was booked under my name. It had a view of a closed internal part—the mezzanine inside the building. I was lucky that there was one free room and the possibility to change the previous room in the middle of the night ( my arrival at the hotel was at midnight). Unfortunately, the second ( changed room) was without heating on the first floor as well, during my stay ( 3 days ). The outside temperature was 3 Celsius.

Hotel is centrally located in Katowice from Katowice train station it is approximately 15 minute walk to the Hotel. Best Western Hotel Mariacki is located on a street where there are bars and restaurants so it is easy to find somewhere to eat and go for drinks. Single room was compact, clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, great choice for everyone and very fresh. The receptionists also recommended us places to eat and were very kind and friendly. We ate dinner in the restaurant beside the hotel and food was excellent. We enjoyed our short stay and I would stay at this hotel again.

Everything was perfect for me. However as Hotel is located on a street with bars and restaurants there might be some street noise but from my room there was very little.

The hotel was very centrally located in Mariacki street which was a 10-15minute walk from the main station and shopping mall, were the main square is also there with the Christmas market Breakfast was extra charge and we eventually decided to take it but was worth it you got many options to choose from and we certainly not dissapointed.

Cannot say much only negative we wanted to get something to eat at 21:45 but were informed by thei waiter that the restaurant kitchen closes at 22:00 which technically we could have been able to order something simple or perhaps when checking in they could state this about kitchen closing 22:00. Did not want to be fussy and there are however many takeway/fast food places around the hotel (the barthere closes 23:00 so we managed to have a drink)

Recently, I had the opportunity to stay at Best Western Hotel Mariacki in Katowice, and my experience was simply extraordinary. Location: The hotel is conveniently situated, easily accessible, and close to many of the city's attractions. This made exploring the surroundings easy and enjoyable. Room: I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Everything was spotless, providing a sense of comfort and security. Staff: The hotel staff were extremely kind and professional. They were always ready to help and answer any questions or needs I had. Restaurant: As a beer enthusiast, I had the distinct pleasure of enjoying the beers offered by the hotel's restaurant, which includes a mini-brewery on the ground floor. This unique feature added a special touch to my stay. A Gesture of Appreciation: I would like to extend a special thanks to the staff for a particularly considerate gesture. After leaving, I realized I had forgotten my phone charger in the room. The hotel team was incredibly kind, sending me the charger by mail. In conclusion, I highly recommend Best Western Hotel Mariacki to anyone visiting Katowice, whether it's for business or pleasure. My experience was memorable, and the quality of service and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return!

Very friendly staff on check in, especially for late at night. Spotless clean & modern rooms, good tea & coffee facilities and great rituals branded shower gels.

Was a little noisy, people coming in late and partying on streets but the hotel isn’t really the fault of that. Did affect the sleep a little but guess this would depend what side of the building you get. I’d still be staying again!

The bedroom was very well decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was functional and very good hygiene products were available (shampo/body gel, conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste). The breakfast was diverse and were available continental and local options

The hotel is in a very busy street, with a lot of bars and pubs. Although the room is well insulated, probably because we went on a Friday, we still had to use the earplugs provided by the hotel.
