A very nice hotel in a great location. Very good breakfast and compliments to the lady who serves breakfast. A lovely woman! Thank you. Rooms clean and nicely designed. All in all a very comfortable stay.

Only one thing was that we booked twin rooms because we were a group of friends travelling but we got one very spacious apartment with a double bed and the other one was a smaller room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed so I am not sure why we didn’t get all twins. It wasn’t a huge problem for us but just saying in case someone cared about it.

I really enjoyed my stay! The flat was spotless and in perfect condition—super comfortable. The lady in charge of breakfast was incredibly attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay special. Highly recommended

We booked a deluxe premium twin room, but received a double bed and a sofa bed set up as a bed, more suitable for a child. This felt a bit off and didn't match the quality we expected. Additionally, there were very limited resting options-just one cushioned chair, despite having a table with four chairs. Breakfast was also a bit lacking in protein sources. We could get scrambled eggs upon request, but beyond that there were only boiled eggs, some cheese, and ham/salami options.

Great interior, comfortable bed, very stylish furniture. I like the way the small kitchen corner has been put in a way it doesn't spoil the interior. Great location, lot of parking possibilities. Definitely I'd come back later.

Although the place is great, there were small details, that influenced the perfect picture, like missing shower gel in the bathroom (delivered after request in the reception), no water bottles in the room, drinking water is available only in the main kitchen (together with some choice of extra juices which is great, just requires going few floors down), When we came for breakfast, there were no more sausages, only eggs remained. These are just details, that don't ruin the overall impression, but definitely decrease the satisfaction.

We stayed in a deluxe apartment for two nights and could not stop being exceptionally impressed with the comfort, space, and value for money. Lovely view of the city, fabulous wood furnishings, bathroom was well-equipped and massive, and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was also impressive, with eggs cooked to order and a huge buffet selection. The staff were hospitable and did not charge us extra when we misunderstood checkout time and overstayed by an hour. The location was perfect -- bus stop for travel to Nikisowice outside our doorstep and Rynek less than 10 mins on foot. We explored the city and never felt isolated, yet we felt secluded from the streets and noise at night. Cannot recommend enough.

Two very minor things. First, no dish soap in the room, and we wanted to keep our dishes clean vs leaving them for the maid. Second, we like to curl up at night with some streaming TV, and first had to solve the engineering problem of connecting the Smart TV to the hotel WiFi. This is something the staff could/should easily do so guests don't get bogged down with it.

Room was ideal for us and cleaned daily with a great shower. Breakfast was standard continental with cereals, breads, meats and cheeses and a decent coffee machine. It was a 7-8 min walk from the train station with a local convenience store 2 minutes away. There isn't a bar at the hotel but that wasn't an issue for us as there was a great bar/cafe only 5 minutes walk away on the way to the station. Would rebook the hotel if we ever went back to Katowice. Nice and quiet location and felt safe walking around the area at all times of the day and night.

Great location, slightly off center, but still close. Plenty of great food options nearby, and very easy to explore Katowice. Our room was very nice, clean and elegant, felt much more personal than your average hotel room! Comfortable bed, modern TV with Netflix, and a cute window with higher rise buildings on the horizon - what's not to like :) Breakfast was good, and also with that homey feeling. Definitely recommend.

The bathroom was a bit awkward space-wise, but absolutely nothing to complain about - I'm just not used to the bathroom being so big :)

The interior design of the hotel, it is so new, model, stylish and home feeling. The location is convenient, take away shops and convenience stores in 3 minutes waking distance, city centre by 15 minutes walking. Very clean and quiet. Very professional and caring staff. Good shower. Room is very spacious. Very good air conditioner. Good window view. Good breakfast experience.

The little fridge was not working but there was a mobile fridge box as a back up, I just needed to put some ice into it. Not a problem.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have stayed there many times with our family over the years and have never been disappointed. The location is very good and parking is in the courtyard of the property.

The breakfast selection has become a bit more limited compared to previous years, but still has quite good variety. Some of the furniture is a bit worn out.

Location is central but the street is very quiet and you you get a room facing the courtyard it is just perfect. Most of the rooms in this hotel are very spacious and have large windows, we got upgraded to the a small appartmrent with a glass wall. Breakfast includes eggs made to order, meats, salads, pastry, fruits, it is great.

The design was really nice. Between modern and Classic. The location was good. All kinds of facilities around. Katowice Gallery shopping mall is about 10 min walk. Good connection with public transport.

Not really what I dont like, but I suggest to get Curtains which could keep out the light. My room was on the east side and every morning the room was light pretty early. Because of that I woke up. As I was in KTW for an event, I came back pretty late or early. Depending on how you see it. I could only sleep about 3 hrs before my room was covered in fully daylight.
