The pictures on Booking did not resemble the actual room, neither the description. When we pointed that out, we immediately received an upgrade. But both rooms were really nice. Although the bathroom in the first room was kind of small for 2. Very good beds. Parking should best be reserved, I believe we kind of had the last spot.

Old fashioned TV, could not play Netflix. Breakfast has no fried eggs, which for that price seems a minimum in such a buffet. I have no idea why the door to the bathroom shuts automatically, that wakes up your partner, and means it's impossible to leave the door open. Seems a design mistake, which is a little annoying.

Room was very clean, well equipped, nicely smelling, spacious, with little kitchen corner, beautiful bathrooms (2 bathrooms), coffee machine with everyday fresh coffee capsules delivery. Place for work with wireless charger, free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Variety of choices, hot dishes, fresh juices, sweets that were mouth-watering, fresh coffee, different types of milk and lots of polish delicateses (herring, pastet, gellies). Amazing stay, staff was really kind.

A lot of things are damaged/out of order. In one room the drainage was blocked so we changed the room but there the fridge was not working.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Diament Plaza Katowice and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the city center and major attractions. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Katowice!

Ensure Housekeeping provide Water & Tea/Coffee replenished daily.Wifi can be unreliable occasionally(log offs/weak signal).Any customer service issues were resolved during stay.Staff should focus on customer service details.Lunch menu should have lighter options(omelette/Club Sandwich etc).

The room was excellent. Clean and quiet. I had a courtyard room - no view but extremely quiet. Outside the hotel is very noisy and busy but slept with window open.

My only complaint was that I could hear loud banging from other rooms. Not sure if this was the door closing or wardrobe but it was a little disturbing. Perhaps next stay I’ll ask for a higher floor. I was in room 208. But it wasn’t enough to keep me awake as it was not constant.

Room excellent, room looked new, plenty of sockets, prices of items in the minibar where fine.

Could have had USB charging outlets in the room, I did find one wireless charger, but it was not fast! Would have liked some socket adaptors in the room, but reception did provide one when asked, Shower head was a bit low. Came down at 2120 for dinner, not starter of my choice (tomato soup). When I finished main course the kitchen had closed so no desert despite it being on show in fridges in the restaurant !!

The room was nicely decorated. Very clean. Comfortable bathroom. Bed was super comfy. Restaurant and bar also pretty. Staff pleasant and helpful. Location is supreme!

The carpet was a bit worn off in the hallways and in the room which gives a bit old and shabby feel. Parking is a bit pricey. Breakfast could be better. It gave a feel of a 3star hotel. The room was missing toiletries (toothbrush, lotion, slippers,etc.)

Pillows were cheap and horrible, polyester fiberfill, 3 nights we could not sleep. The worse thing was that after the first night we complained and the staff were 'surprised,' they acted as if they never heard this before and nothing was done to rectify the situation so we had to spend another 2 nights in great uncomfort. For such a nice hotel, the management should have thought of having AT LEAST another type of pillows

I like absolutely everything about Diament Plaza. Staff at the reception is truly nice and attentive to detail. I received a call prior to my arrival to confirm my stay . I felt like i was an awaited guest even before my arrival :) The hotel facilities and the location are great. Most of all i liked the bed - super comfortable mattress for a good night sleep. I had a superior room that was really specious. Unexpectedly big ))) Possibly more than i needed for my 1 night stay but i would really recommend it for a longer stay visitor. Bathroom is also very specious and contemporary. The hotel provides basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner etc,. Diament is a great hotel with a beautiful decor , great and helpful staff and very convenient location..

I like everything about the hotel.
