Massive room , proper desk if u traveling for work ideal, comfy chair so u can enjoy working as at home. Bed lovely king size , i love it 👍🏻 Went to sleep like w baby if i don’t have to i would sleep till mid day. Place like 7 min walking distance to the shopping center, plenty of shops around and majority of things to be seen in the city in the close range.

I do like everything , bathroom clean as meant to be towels brilliant white and soft, the only thing i do not like some one mess up the water taps marked hot water as cold one at the sink and shower but once u find it out will be fine i was at room 12 king size for single😅

In real life an apartment is better than in the photos. It is after a fresh renovation, and looks like it's not only renovation inside the rooms, but also all space in the building. Everything looks new and the apartment is very clean and comfortable! Really I want to emphasize, it was VERY clean! It's not big, but cozy. Comfortable king size bed. Cute bathroom. You can even find a small electric stove there, so you can cook there. Tea, coffee, capuchino, sugar and two caps on the plates, bottle of water, were waiting for us in the room. It felt very kind from the apartment owner's side. Clean 2 towel sets for hands and the body. Dryer, iron. Very comfortable location near the Dworzec and autobus station also not so far. Very good price for such a good room! All instructions sent on time. No need to contact anybody, keys will wait in the door. I would like to stay here next time.

Pretty old doors, with poor soundproofing. Old wardrobe, but it's a more visual issue.

It was my first time booking an apartment instead of just a hotel room and I'm definitely going to do it again! The staff was extremely friendly, the location close to the centre and very convenient, and the house rules clear! It has all you need in one room :)

There are no radiators in the room and the heating was provided through an electric heater so the temperature in the room wasn't equally dispersed. Considering low temperatures in November, it was a bit cold but manageable.

It is a charming old-town house, well renewed, with a pleasant view from windows. Rooms are clean and cozy, hotel provides you with a bottle of water per day, cups of tea/coffee, teapot, fridge and little cooking range, as well as soaps and towels.

Unfortunately, there were no room slippers and toothpaste. Another disadvantage are thin walls, so you can hear some noise from both outside and inside the hotel, but luckily the area is quite calm and it was not extremely annoying

Very good value-for-money, One would be satisfied for what they get. The street was quiet and relatively felt safe at night. A bit of a walk from the apartment to the area where all the "good stuff" happens, but it reflects in the price. Closer properties were much more expensive.

I'd add information that parking in other streets in the area takes you from zone A to zone B, which is a bit cheaper. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay in that apartment.

Very nice location and hotel itself , many different shops around , coffee shops and easy to walk to the city center 8 minutes. In the supermarket name Jabka u can buy a cofee 24/7 from machine and food cooked in case you arrive late night and everything is close around, and u can keep it in the hotel fridge or warm it up in microwave, it’s a great benefitial option to have a kitchen in the lobby floor of the hotel. staff was very kind and helpful 🫶☺️ there is ladies working from Ukraine 🇺🇦 in case u don’t speak polish or English they are happy to translate. Hotel is neat and clean and have this historical spirit or architecture, verty beautiful. Free wifi and all needful inside the room.

No elevator in the building to carry heavy lagguage for woman and mother to the 3 floor was extremely difficult and causes back pain. Should be some option or someone to help. Also on the weekend night neighbors was making party and all the jumping and screaming was heard inside our room all night. Hotel should take care of the resting time and tell to the guests no not make a noice.

Everything was clean and kept neatly. Even tho it may have been a small room which I booked it felt very spacious. Plus, the location was amazing too. Tram/bus stops were nearby and the market square was just a 10 minute walk away.

Maybe some kitten utensils like one pan and a few forms and knives could be kept. There was a stove available but unfortunately, no pan or anything for me to use on the stove. Other than that everything was near perfect!

Incredible location, price and staff. Easily within walking distance of damn near everything, with plenty of food options nearby. If I ever stay in Katowice again I will be looking at this place's availability.

There is no great option for parking - I would recommend finding a spot to leave your car for most of your stay and commuting with public transit as the street parking is somewhat pricey for the whole day.

The room size is large and short walk to a park and tram station. Although the host didn't speak English, he used translation apps to explain what I should know, and there is a memo on the door for easy understanding.

Street noise, but it is great to see the snowing on the street during my stay. No central heating system, only electronic heater is provided.

Nice, spacious, clean, good location... It's a nice historic building with a beautiful old entrance hall. The city center is less than 10min by foot. The beds were very comfortable.

The only thing I did not really like was that the doors of the rooms let so much sound through so I woke up several times in the morning when other guests passed through the hallway.
