Great location, very close to the railway station. Comfortable, very clean rooms and beds. Very close to stores, buses and central part of the city is in walking distance. I also note that they have very helpful personal. They helped me a lot with organizing my arrival, as well as with some details, concerning my invoice. They were very patient and polite! Thank you :)

The only thing was the noise. Above me there was a family shouting every night till 2-3 am. Wall are thin. Also I would recommend changing the label of the hotel's name on the front door or at leat adding the same name in booking, because it is a little confusing and you might miss the hotel while searching on it.

The housekeeping staff are exceptional. Very friendly and do their best to help. The location is perfect! very central. The bed was really comfy. There was a fridge in the room which was essential for keeping my medication cold. Everything you need is within walking distance.

The renovation works on arrival to my room. Kinda scared me a bit as I was worried the renovations would take a while. The drilling at around 10am. The room I stayed in 401 the position of the shower makes the floor very wet. There is no door or curtain on the shower. Not much privacy as I could hear the neighbouring rooms.

The room was clean and equipted for any kind of need.

The name of the building was different than the on Booking. I spent time to find it.

The reception was efficient, and the room met my expectations—quiet, modern, clean, with reliable housekeeping, and entirely classic in style. It was neither outdated nor overly extravagant, providing a straightforward yet comfortable experience. The city centre is conveniently close, allowing me to reach my meeting location with ease throughout my stay. Some amenities, such as the iron, are readily available in the corridor between rooms, while others, like the hairdryer, can be collected at reception, where the staff are more than willing to assist. Breakfast is served as an all-you-can-eat buffet, although the selection of food is somewhat limited.

The limited number and rather awkward placement of electrical outlets, the view overlooking a cluster of rooftops, and the lack of proper separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom—which allows water to flow outside the shower area—were minor drawbacks. This issue with the shower setup was also noted by other colleagues who stayed at the hotel.

The room was small but very clean. It's located very close to the city center so everything important is close by or easily accessible. Thumbs up for providing earplugs. Despite the outside noise, I slept here way more comfortable than in more expensive hotels. The price per room was very good. Another big plus from my side is the availability of a kitchen with pretty much everything you need (even though I didn't use it) and having an ironing board on each floor (my past experiences in searching for ironing boards in hotels, even expensive ones, was not pleasant).

The outside noise was quite loud but the reception provided earplugs. Wearing earplugs is a bit uncomfortable but they isolated very well.

Perfectly located close to the main railway station this accommodation was perfect for my needs. Friendly reception. Handy lift serving all floors. I had a decent sized single room with wet-room ensuite facilities. Comfortable single bed, desk and chair I could work at comfortably. Efficient controllable heating, openable window for fresh air. There was a well positioned wall TV. Very welcome were the fridge and the in room drink making facilities. Also excellent was the provision of plates, bowl and cutlery. The well appointed guests kitchen was also very useful. This place will be difficult to beat for facilities or value and will be my first choice for future visits.

Everything was really excellent. If I was being fussy I'd say I prefer a shower that is enclosed but the wet-room worked fine and didn't make the whole bathroom wet anyway.

The staff was generally helpful and the room was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and I really appreciated the shared kitchen facility. The iron stand is out on each floors' corridor, smart.

The breakfast spread is expensive compared to the options you can get at good cafe/bakeries outside. There were no name tags for the dips and meats and the kitchen staff was unable to answer which meats were on the table. If you get the food coupons in advance, they're non refundable, even if you don't use them. Maybe try the breakfast one day and try a cafe another day and decide which works better for you, for the cost, personally I felt cafes were a much better value for money...and especially flavourful.

Well equipped, self-sufficient rooms with kitchen facilities and a fridge, nice decoration, excellent location right by the train station and the city centre. A good selection for breakfast, changing every day. Very good value for money!

The sound insulation of internal walls was quite poor, we could hear every sound from the corridor and water going down the pipes. Luckily, the hotel was not too busy during our stay.

Within walking distance of the train station and the old town - very convenient. There are good places to eat nearby: we loved the Greek tavern Meraki and Coffe-jka for breakfast. The rooms are tiny but cosy and well equipped; I particularly liked the bathroom. Also, there is a shared kitchen on the floor.

Some problems with the hotel system caused the check-in and check-out to take longer than usual. I also wish I had better soundproofing: our room had windows to the street, which was quite busy in the morning with all the trams and cars.

Room was clean and was good enough size for me, although some might find it small. Staff spoke good English and was very accommodating - I got into city early and could drop off bag at 0800 and continued on sightseeing. You could also use washers and drier for a small price. A few hundred meters away from the main train station. Would stay again.

Can hear conversations from the street so could be issue for a light sleeper.
