great location especially with easy parking in a secure above ground parking lot, unlike other hotels with tight underground car parks. It is paid parking but not unreasonable and worth it for a stress free stay with windows closed it’s quiet. working aircon. nice enough room and absolutely acceptable. Small bathroom but not a deal breaker. Based on the reviews I had expected worse but was satisfied. Has a swimming pool and a hot tub (but see below) Breakfast is free for children so overall fair value for a family. Good enough breakfast. great staff. especially breakfast staff. pleasant, welcoming. and helpful.

two days in a row the hot tub failed/broke and there wasn’t anyone available to fix it. It was later in the evening but given that the hot tub was prone to failing and of course people coming in from town would want a late evening soak they should have had a technical person available.

A very nice room, clean as can be, breakfast was good and you are within a 10 to 15 min walk from the city center. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

They have an online roomserve, which apparently doesn't work that well. I had to call after a bit of waiting, and the person on the other line said: "sometimes the online service doesn't alert us properly'.. so. they should definitely look into that, and otherwise just NOT offer it A slight annoyance, but I'm sure they can easily fix that in the future.

Everything, I’m a clean freak and this did not disappoint. The Spa was lovely and they served big portions at the restaurant. Also, the blonde woman who works at the Hotel’s restaurant was AMAZING she saw me trying to get cute pictures of my food and took it upon herself to bring over some flowers for my photo. Please give her a raise! Also, the brunette woman who checked me in during the late evening was really nice please give her a raise too!

We loved the choice of the breakfast and the staff was friendly and nice. Rooms were clean and overall good. Excellent location as everything close by.

We didn't like the noise outside from the road. Cars and motorbikes speeding at night but this was city center location, so I can't really complain.

The restaurant food was excellent, great choice and healthy options too. The staff were lovely and very helpful. There were water fountains on every floor to fill water bottles/carafes up which was super useful. Great location to walk to the conference centre and into the town for additional restaurants/bars.

The pool and sauna weren't open all day, there were set times.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The first visit was perfect, unlike the current one. The room service doesn't work, and no one answers the phone. One morning, while I was still sleeping, a room service guy unlocked the door with an evident desire to clean it and didn't apologize but ran away.

We liked absolutely everything from the moment we arrived to the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful they let us check in earlier also had small presents for the kids what make them happy. Room was very clean and beds comfy. Swimming pool sauna and jacuzzi was brilliant. There is also gym open 24/7. Kids loved the play area. Would definitely recommend and will come back

Breakfast was great. Excellent room for staying with children. About half an hour away from Katowice airport. Overall experience was great and the hotel is very nice.

We had to wait for about half an hour in order to be seated at the restaurant. When they finally gave us a table we had to wait for another half an hour waiting for someone to bring us a menu. I understand that it was quite busy, however, at least they could bring us the menu. Finally, there was no menu for kids and we had to leave. When we came back after 23.00 p, for a drink, there were much less people, but again we had to wait for 15 minutes and ask 2 times for a menu. We stayed in the same hotel last year and they had excellent kids menu. Please include kid's menu in your menu.

The receptionist can be trained to grow up to name of the hotel and the service can truly be... such as greeting, assissting guests with invoicing, informing them about credit limits and so. I used to stay in this hotel many times. Earlier it was different... I am talking about 1-2 years time, not decades.

The hotel was great, it exceded my expectations! Some minor minuses but they are totally covered by a great breakfast, modern room, "green" policy, friendly staff and pets :) good location close to some tourist streets and groceries. I can easily recommend this hotel 👌

Very low pressure of water in a shower even though I was only on the 3d floor, also had to wait for a hot water to appear. Old bathrobe, and too small
