Clean, comfortable, and located in the centre of Katowice, making for convenient travel to and from the train and bus station via the old town (we frequently went to this part of the city for dinner and lunch and couldn’t recommend Spodek more for location).

Some facilities, such as the pool, were not open, which was not reflected on the site. Additionally, the bathrooms are slightly outdated regarding utilities (our room had a very low powered/inefficient hairdryer which made for a bit of annoyance) and people may find the rooms on the older side (though I personally do not find that an issue as they are very comfortable).

The location close to the city centre and the excellent staff, specially the girls on reception who were particularly helpful. My room was generally comfortable and spacious

No breakfast available and, to be frank, the place was pretty soulless and lacked character

Maybe that you can hear people at the hall and reception if they are not very quiet, because the rooms are around the hall. But it was not a big problem for me, just in case you are a light sleeper...

It was my first time in Katowice and in Diament Hotel. And I was happy with the choice that I've done. The room is clean and you have everything inside of it. The hotel is very quiet so you can sleep and have a nice rest. The hotel is very close to the city centre. Miss Ewelina and Mr. Daniel were very helpful and they knew how to take nice care. The apartment we stayed in was fantastic! We love coming back to Diament Spodek because the staff is so kind and accommodating, the hotel itself is in an iconic Spodek building, the service is fantastic. There is nothing that our stay was lacking. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely come again!

I liked everything was provided there like toothbrush and toothpaste set, bathrobe, slippers,etc. I liked the tools and equipment in the kitchen. I liked the cleenliness and the comfort everywhere. Everything looked like new and there was a lot of space :)

I haven't liked the hotel reception is located on the first floor. No light under shower. Lack of breakfast and restaurant near by. There is a mood of old times, like pictures on the wall, colors in the Everything else was really great.

The location is great

There was a situation with deejaying live about 50 m away from my room and I could hear some of it. It was not very loud in my room, but the hotel can improve on the soundproofing

Excellent location, very good price, staff welcomed us with a smile, very good communication and swift check in and chec out, brilliant hotel for our needs. Additional perking on side was a bonus for me.

This place has clean and spacy rooms. Everything was comfortable, and there were no issues I registered during the stay. I needed a place to sleep in for a week and this hotel delivered exactly that.

The only thing I did not like was that the staff tried to charge me once again for the money I'd already transferred to them on the night of my arrival. I understand that nobody was perfect, but I had to insist a couple of times before the staff double-checked and confirmed that the total amount had been paid. If I weren't so sure of my right and were a bit shy, I would have spent more than needed and probably found out about that after a long time.
