Best bang for your buck and my best booking.com experience ever! I showed up early (~11 AM), and when I asked if I could store my luggage and check in later, the front desk offered to let me check in immediately at no extra cost—super rare these days. Great hospitality!

There is nothing to not like

Beautiful accommodation, well-equipped rooms, great breakfast selection, very tasty. Excellent location near the city center. Highly recommend.

The location was great. Staff were friendly s as d helpful. A very clean hotel . As is a modern hotel it was sound proofed and therefore very quiet .We never heard any guests even though it was a popular hotel. The room was very good beds were comfortable .There were no drawers for clothing only a shelf and some hanging space . So much choice for breakfast (even beetroot juice and vitamin drinks )a first at a hotel . It had a waffle maker and a wide variety of hot and cold food . And cake!

We were greeted by super friendly staff and throughout our stay staff was super friendly, caring and helpful. The hotel is tidy and aesthetically pleasant. Our room in the sixth floor was spacious and decorated with a good taste. Breakfast in this hotel was exceptionally great! We really enjoyed our stay.

Some minor inconveniences occurred, we would have appreciated hair conditioner, the room lacked free spaces to lay things on, especially in the bathroom and we personally didn't like the heavy, self-closing bathroom door. These were all minor issues that did in no way ruin our stay. We are very happy to recommend this hotel.

The room, the breakfast and the staff

The hotel has a very nice, contemporary design. The room was very comfortable, fresh, and clean, with a good bed and a nice bathroom. The location of the hotel is excellent, only a few steps from the city centre. They also have secure parking, which needs to be booked in advance. The breakfast was excellent, a very varied buffet breakfast with a good selection of both sweet and savoury, as well as cold and hot food items. Staff is very polite and friendly and we felt welcome from arrival. The cherry on the cake for us was that the hotel is dog friendly, and our dogs even received a little welcome pack. We'd be happy to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

No complaints about anything.

I did like everything. Room was very modern and cosy. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was bit small however it offered plenty of space in shower cabin. Bath gel was of high quality and smelled great. Breakfasts were just amazing with great variety of super tasty food. The hotel looks new, it offers gym and sauna facilities (with dedicated change room, lockers and bathrobe). The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from Katowice central train station and the main street where all the bars and restaurants are located. Tram stops are located on nearby street.

The hotel design and architecture was fresh and brand new with local vibe. The location of the hotel is central and you are in the city centre in 3-5 minutes. The breakfast was super tasty and the variety of foods was astonishing. The hotel has a small sauna which is not heavily used, so one can be lucky and be there alone. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. In the corridor there is a water dispenser serving delicious sparkling water,

The street can be occasionally a bit louder during the night - due to starting motors, loud motor cars. It was OK with closed windows.

As a solo interrailer, my expectations of accommodation are modest and I have to be careful with the cash. Qubus gave me a great deal and the room and facilities exceeded expectations massively. Clean, bright, modern and comfortable. Lovely staff too, who organised at very short notice for a very early taxi for me. They even stored my luggage while I went to Oswiecim. I guess I may have benefitted from it being off season.
