We were able to check in early, which was great. The family room was really spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected – definitely above average. There was a kids’ play area downstairs, and my 5-year-old daughter especially loved it!

There were slippers in the room, but other than that, the bathroom amenities were quite basic – just a wall-mounted liquid soap dispenser and a combined shampoo/shower gel bottle in the shower. Also, the typical hotel-style hairdryer in the bathroom might not be powerful enough, especially if you have long hair. I’d recommend bringing your own

The hotel is lovely. A few minutes walk from the city center. Very nice staff (and that sometimes makes a trip).The room was nice loved the chocolate on the pillow, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Nothing fancy, but had everything we wanted. The hotel has free parking (you validate the ticket). We loved Anna the receptionist and had a good laugh with her. Had a really nice dinner too though a bit expensive. The complimentary drink helped with that...

The gym was a little small and had only one treadmill... I had to walk outside...

It is a new hotel. The room size is quite decent and there is kettle to make coffee or tea. You can get a bathroom and slippers just need tp request. There is a sauna available for guests. The location is around 10-15 min walk from the Market square. However, Katowice is a small city so everything is close by.

I had the problem with water temperature during the whole stay because of the law pressure. At the end they changed the shower head and it started working properly. However, I had to ask for it every day and wake up earlier which is spoiled my impression of the hotel.

The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. The location is very convenient, close to coffee shops, the main square and even the Spodek arena isn’t that far away. My room was very clean and comfortable, the free WiFi was good. I really appreciated two bottles of free mineral water upon arrival. The lady at the check-in was very friendly.

The soundproofing of the windows could be better.

Decent sized en suite room and bed, breakfast fresh and nice, clean hotel in good condition, and reception staff very helpful. Lighting in room was unusually pleasant for a hotel, with no spotlights in the main room (although an irritating one in the hall which could not be switched off separately). Located on the edge of the shopping centre close to Super Sam mall. Bus stop on airport bus route (bus number AP) with a stop immediately outside.

Only very, very small details - curtain panels in room difficult to get completely dark, couldn't increase temperature in room via control (although I didn't ask), and hair dryer very basic.

The location was great, within walking distance of key spots. The breakfast was good, and everything was clean.

The check-in staff member was great. He was really friendly and helpful, even at 2:00 AM. However, the restaurant and reception staff were less welcoming. A simple hello was often ignored, which was a bit disappointing for a hospitality business.

Breakfast was immense, but so was a price... We ate there just because of the convenience, you know, hot strong coffee on the start of the day, normal, clear and even fresh air in a large breakfast room... Oh, just forget the price and don't go to any of the hot, steamy, full of your neighbour armpits aroma cafes that the fingers on your hands would be enough to count their number around the city...

The city with a big number of Slavic Art Nouveau buildings, some perfect examples of the Art Deco architecture - and most of them are not even cleaned, forget restored... And nobody speaks 'bout these jems! The tourist authorities are not in, the City Hall does nothing and therefore your hotel can't provide you with some booklets on the theme...

Very near the centrum, quiet, peaceful and clean rooms. Modern bathroom, although the hair sryer could be bit updated but that didnt matter really. Room was very quiet even if it was near centrum. All the shopping abilities are very near, Supersam shopping centre is just 3mins away and Katowice Galeria is like 7mins away. Two Zabka-stores near.

Well the breakfast could be more vegetarian friendly. There were maindly eggs, ham and more meat options. But I think it might be more of a cultural thing. Also I didnt like how the waiters hover over your head almost waiting for you to finish breakfast so they can quite literally snatch your plate away.

The sauna was too small and we had too wait because of the temperature too high left by previous client. I would suggest establishing appointments for its use.

The hotel is in a perfect position. The camera I stayed in was spacious with a comfortable bed. The eco-friendly initiative where you receive a small surprise is also very nice! The hotel restaurant has some surprising (and very good) dishes on the menu and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
