Very friendly staff. The official checkout time is quite late (12:00) what is a good thing. The bathroom is big enough and comfortable.

1. The parking is paid extra and it is not guaranteed! (So, arriving to the hotel you can never be sure there will be a parking spot) 2. The bed was surprisingly small 3. There is no bottled water in the room and only empty glass to get the water from the corridor. (Which I realized after being in pyjamas already). 4. The breakfast is averge. I mean it is very OK, but not for 60 PLN! 5. The A/C does not have temperature setting, but just "up/down" with some led lamps. It works, but requires some experiments to get expected results. Summary: it is a good hotel, but surely overpriced for what is offered.

A clean and decent hotel - perfect for a one night stay while on the road. The staff was very kind, even though we arrived very late. The breakfast is exceptional, especially for a 3 star hotel. This is the second time we stayed there and the food is consistently great, very wide variety of options. There are also nice, unexpected amenities, for example water dispenser on each floor, with still/sparkling option and a small bottle in the rooms that guests can fill as needed. Would stay here again for sure!

Hotel is located inside city, and many restaurants etc. are easily accessible by walking few minutes from hotel. There is easily accessible gated parking for hotel guests behind hotel for additional fee. Room was clean and comfortable. In corridor near elevator there is machine that guests can use to get still or carbonated water for drinking during their stay. Breakfast was good and hotel staff is helpful.

Hotel is very close to Gliwice center which is small but still nice to visit . Also close to train station and Katowice. Breakfast is absolutely amazing. Sweet and savory, fruits, coffee etc. The selection of bread, meats, cheeses is very high and there is something for everyone. If you are lucky you can even get waffles :) Hotel has parking but there is also a public parking close which is free of charge during weekends.

The room was very small. You don't really have space to open a big troller if you have one. There is no fridge in the room which especially in the summer is a bummer.

Good location just a short walk to the Rynek. On this our third stay here we were given an upgrade to an apartment which was a very welcome surprise. The breakfasts have a wide selection and are of a high standard. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

Location was nice in the very center of the town. Rooms were pretty standard for hotel of this level, but bathroom and showers were very nice, clean, roomy and functional. Extra credit for excellent breakfast. Don't miss it, if you stay here.

Room we had was bit cramped. Little bit too much furniture in too small space.

The place is located near the center of this small city, there is a free parking in front of the hotel, which was almost always empty. The staff was polite, the breakfast was fabulous with things to eat which are normally reserved for 4+ star hotels. The room was smaller than expected, but cosy. Excellent choice.

Speaking in general, we like all, including the location and nearest very good restaurantes

The breakfast was good but could be a little be better No milk in coffee machine, no people close to help, you have to wait until appears somebody to attend your request

Location was nice. Easy to arrive with car. Few cost free parking slots and more parking space with additional payment. Close to city center & town square, many restaurants on short walking distance. Very helpful stuff. Comprehensive breakfast buffet.

Quite comfortable. Water was hot. Breakfast is very tasty. Staff is great, polite and helpful. Location is great.

Bath was not very clean and leaking - flooded the bathroom. Phone in the room. Did not work. Heating not very efficient. No safe. Windows on the 5th floor can be fully opened - not sure how that's allowed :D
