Despite the hotel looks a bit strange from outside, it offers good services and is well equipped and room was clean. The location might seem also a bit strange and away from interesting places, but you have the Guido mine museum just 6 min walk behind the Lidl supermarket. I recommend to visit the mine museum bar for having a (expensive) beer after buying an "elevator ticket", but it's well worth it. The park in the neighborhood might be also important for joggers. Breakfast is solid, lot of parking places (paid). Kebab 5 min walk across former miner's houses (interesting architecture). Free mineral water on room, kettle and tea.

Restaurant in the hotel seems to be a bit expensive though Room has air-conditioning which is a big plus in a hot summer like we have this year. Receptionist was very helpful.

They provide free instant coffee and black tea in the room, I wish there was some other tea available e.g. herbal, fruit or green one. In Fitness there is a lot of bikes but would be nice to have running belt too or the mat for exercising. Zabrze city is not that interesting, a lot of restaurants nearby are closed... Thus tt is good to have a car to be able to get to see some other city than Zabrze. We had room with 2 single beds - TV was placed on a wall with not very good viewing angle - but we did not mind as we stayed just 2 nights and had no time even to switch the TV on. There was no air con remote control and no instructions for the air conditioning unit on the wall so we had a bit of trouble to set it up to the temperature that we wanted.

The Staff were most helpful as we didn't speak Polish , very accomodating and helpful .We were in Poland at a Scottish wedding and stayed here 7 nights , ate at the frestaurant most nights and the food was fantastic and of a very high standard . The service by the waiting staff was second to none and and the girls went out of their way to make our stay one of the best .

There was nothing we didn't like but the bar closed at 10pm which was a wee bit too early for us . There was a lidl store and licenced filling stn just yards away which was handy .

Breakfast is rich and varied. Rooms are clean and spacious. Surrounding is quiet. Hotel is accessible by tramway # 3 also for groups without car. A bit austere from outside, but probably best place in Zabrze

Check in and check out were a problem. There was some confusion about booking for group, the amount to be paid and the conversion rate between Zloty and EURO, when money was drawn from credit card.

Clean and well equipped rooms with free water, tea, and coffee. The hotel also had a good location with close to public transport and shops, but difficult to reach when you wanted to travel later in the evening.

Disappointing breakfast with watery scrambled eggs but nice selection of juices. The additional early check in fee is also a bit of a disappointment considering that there's no extra work for staff involved when a customer arrives an hour earlier than expected.

Convenient to mine tour. Enjoyed soup and frog legs at restaurant. Waitress was super friendly. Room lighting was good.

Thin walls, could hear hallway traffic from smokers. Shower felt small when you knock the tap and get shot of freezing cold water. The wc is big with a little shower.

The breakfast buffet has a large selection, including local dishes. The nice staff are helpful. The hotel is quickly accessible, quiet, nearby gas station and shops.

The group of guests dining in the corridor was an interesting feature of the four-star hotel. (I emphasize, it didn't bother me, but it doesn't belong there.)

Property exactly as expected

Check-in was not possible even 5 mins earlier than 14-00; at 14-00 got a long queue and crowd of loud of people in lobby - wife could not get the key at promise to pay 30 min later - my teleconference have hardly failed because of that. Not something expected at property claimed to be 4*

Everything - peaceful and quiet, very comfortable rooms with large beds, clean, great location, free parking, helpful staff.

Location was convenient for the wedding venue we were heading to. Room size was very reasonable for two people. Breakfast choice was very good and the outdoor tables perfect for nice weather. the availability of the parking is convenient but charging for the spot 40PLN in such a remote spot far away from city center seems quite steep. I would understand it if it was city center and just few spots available but here that was super overpriced.

There was barely any place in bathroom to keep the toiletries, even though bathroom is big enough to fit some additional shelf.
