I have stayed here twice before and will definitely return. The hotel is cozy with friendly staff and is just a few minutes' walk from the main square. The breakfast is pleasant, offering a good variety of options. The iron, available upon request, works very well, and the Wi-Fi is reliable. I highly recommend this place. The hotel also offers a free beer voucher, though I don’t drink and didn’t use it, it's a nice touch. The rooms are impeccably clean. Having stayed at other hotels in Gliwice, this one stands out as the best. Whenever I visit Gliwice, it will be my top choice.

Breakfast was Very good!

One night without the air-condition, the temperature in room was 27C- I had a serious heat exhaustion, that got me worry about my health, lack of room to accommodate me in this situation was unacceptable, this was the most horrible experience I had with a room in summer. It got to the point that I was sick the next day and I had to cancel all activities to recover. Thanks god, my strong heart and health all together took through this very harming experience without ending up in Gliwice hospital.

Nice and quiet place. Good location. Friendly staff. Very satisfying breakfast, efficiently organized, and with good variety. Quite quiet and not too crowded. In my opinion, the best value for money in the city center area.

There's room for improvement regarding the air conditioning. Perhaps suitable for Europeans, less so for Americans

Stayed for 1 night and was amazed by how clean and modern my room was. All the basics such as towels and soap/bodywash is provided. Breakfast was amazing. Several varieties of buns, pastries, and toasts along with lots of cheeses, sliced meats, Breakfast salads, eggs (scrambled and fried), sausages, and much more.

The room was very nice, lovely staff and very tasty breakfast. The free beer with each stay was a welcome addition and nice touch. Great location and comfy bed.

The bathroom lacked some typical, small additions such as shampoo, soap etc (there was a soap dispenser, however). I didn't have a coffee machine or kettle in my room unlike my friends in a three person room.

The hotel has a great location in the city center. It is very comfortable, with absolutely amazing breakfast and awesome restaurant with delicious food, which works till late and offers their own craft beer. Highly recommend place! My whole stay was a pleasure.

Exceptional breakfast, a wide selection of various types of dishes, and a nice, festive atmosphere in the restaurant. An on-site microbrewery completes the hotel experience.

Amazing room for really reasonable money. Amazing restaurant with great food and terrace. Helpful stuff.

The hotel is nice and comfortable, the breakfast is very decent and there is a selection of quiet rooms. No problems at check in/out. The facilities are just ok. Clean and tidy.

The behaviour of staff - the reception was all fine but the maids/venue staff were rude and arrogant.

The choice of breakfasts was excellent, and all the staff in the catering side were very helpful and friendly

in room 118 the only problem I encountered was I was unable to turn down the room thermostat, to a level comfortable for me.
