It was amazing night at this HOTEL. Absolutely recommend for everyone. Nice clean comfortable rooms for your relaxed. Hotel stains close by main motorway. Wi-Fi was so faster. Amazing!

The room was not as tidy as you would like to have it, I found some hairs in the bathroom from the last customers maybe. The bed linings weren't very clean also. You can hear the neighbouring apartment snoring, little bit bad sound insolation. But i think if they would guarantee cleanliness of the apartment with 10eu price increase, i would give it 9-9.5 stars out of 10.

While very compact – I had intentionally opted for a triple room with a prospect of a slightly larger space and got a double instead; how is that possible when the confirmation says Pokój 3 osobowy? – the room was perfectly clean and relatively comfortable (same applies to the bathroom which was spotless but the drainage in the shower needs improvement.) What really spoiled my experience is the approach of the owner. When entry at Booking.com presents check-in times from 14:00 until 21:00 I tend to expect a live staff at the reception and I even had a late check-in until 23:00 hrs. Yet, at 20:40 when I arrived (and did not forget to announce time interval 20:00–21:00 in the prior message), there was no one. Just three Polish gentlemen smoking outside. I had asked them for a help which they kindly provided and they called, using my phone, the owner who did not speak any English whatsover. Later on, with the language assistance of her female colleague/friend? I was told a number code was sent via SMS. I received none, just standard message via Booking.com which I did not read (not being on-line all the time on holiday but I mention it for the fairness – so technically, I received the code for the entrance of the house). The message had instructed the key is in the room door but, unfortunately, that was not the case. One of the Polish gentlemen had to operate the mechanic lock on the wall which then released the actual key to the room, while still on my phone being advised by Polish female owner. When I got into the room, the real issue was that the heating was deadly cold (off) and the window open. Not exactly a warm welcome on a night when there is minus 6 °C outside in Gliwice. That tells me a lot about logistics. (Did someone responsible for the the cleanup just forget to turn the heat on and close the window?). Heating went to life only after 40 minutes and it was not a stellar performer for sure. Pity!

Chaotic approach of the owner; got another room on arrival with heating being turned off and an open window on freezing night, the landlady does not speak any English which is troublesome; the hair dryer perfectly functional and clean but impossible to put correctly back into holder (should be more intuitive and not an engineering task), misleading information about check-in times – clarification at Booking.com please!
