This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. The hotel was very accessible to everything, was generally clean, and offered a good selection of breakfast items. Staff were also very friendly. The shower had great pressure which was really nice too.

Breakfast times were changed on the Sunday to accommodate a communion, and so we missed breakfast. This was not communicated at check-in and since I don't speak polish, I didn't see the sign in the lift. The bedroom was also very dusty. which affected my allergies. The hotel was very hot, a little on the excessive side. The beds had no support, way too soft and the pillows were not thick at all.

I liked the room service as well as the easy access to the additional appliance items right outside of the room. The room itself was not overly spacious but offered enough of room for required activities (there even was a working room with the desk, a lamp and tea/coffee).

The only downside was the slow drain of the bathroom sink but that was noticeable only while using bigger flow of water. Mostly, I'd barely pay attention to it.

A Wonderful Stay! This hotel is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a peaceful and cozy place near the highway. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it remains quiet and serene. The rooms are spotless, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking comfort and tranquility on their journey!

First of all and most important, I found the staff exceptionally helpful, polite and courteous from the moment I arrived to when I left. Nothing was too much trouble and a smile was always part of the service - something you don't see much in the hospitality industry around the world these days. The Hotel itself was very well maintained, clean, comfortable, superbly laid out and the food/ drinks menu was superb. We enjoyed the manicured gardens very much as the restaurant service was extended outdoors - it was sunny and hot during our short stay In June. I would recommend the Hotel Gorczewski to any business traveller or tourist finding themselves in this part of Silesian Poland. Full marks Guys and thank you. I'll be back for sure. OK just one small, small whinge on my part - please update your Gym and put a stack of decent hex dumbells in there before I return :-)

What's not to like - it was all 100%

The staff made a real effort to make sure we both felt well looked after. Our room was bright, spacious, had plenty of storage. We liked the private bathroom too. Very clean. We also used the Jacuzzi in the basement, which we were able to reserve just for us two. The restaurant is always open. Plenty of options for breakfast if you have no intolerances/allergies.

I would have preferred more lactose-free options for breakfast, but it's not a major issue.

Everything was Good. Dinner I was excellent. Clean an comfortable in a nice environment.

Breakfast was only average, because no any fried eggs, and drink are two types only.

Probably the best option to stay in Chorzów. Other hotels in this price range are much worse. Highly recommend this place. Stylish, clean, very good breakfast, gym, sauna, parking.

There was a smell from the shower drain. Fresh Orange would have been a nice option at breakfast

Loved how clean the hotel was and how friendly the staff are. Best part was the shower which had tremendous power and really comfortable.

The heating was very warm in the hotel which was not very comfortable at times. The breakfast offerings could have been better too having a very narrow selection of foods which didnt fit well with me coming from Ireland.
