- bad cheap matress, too soft - there is no way to buy public tickets in the area but this is more of a city of Katowice problem. I wish it would be possible to buy tickets at the reception desk. There is a train line nearby but no way to buy tickets.

Tram station is outside the hotel, walk to the city center is 15 minutes. Breakfast was good, there is some variety. We got a spacious room, really good size for three people. It was facing the atrium, so tram noise wasnt a problem. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Its a rather large hotel, but organized and efficient. Simple, comfy, clean and easily accesible from the high-way, with large parking lot.

there is a restaurant you can enter from inside the hotel, I think under different management. there are no English menu and the woman who welcomed me was rude and unpolite. I didn't have dinner and decided on other options

Me and my friend spent 3 days here. The public transport from the hotel to our event destination was right fitting (almost door to door).

The garden room was under our room's window (3rd floor) that was a bit noisy. During the summertime, AC would help a lot for being more comfortable.

Hotel room was relatively clean and nice. Even though its visibly used and I would recommend changing the furniture, for even better experience. Breakfast was superb and probably the best thing about this hotel. Staff was nice, always helpful. There is a bus station right in front of the hotel. Even though it's further from the city center, still reachable on foot.

Unfortunately, there was strange smell in the room (probably from old rugs that were in the room, which kinda ruined the vibe from otherwise very pleasant service).

Got 2hrs extra on check out which was free as I have back problems and movement problems in morning which I was grateful for please pass to hotel..

Everything, like the hotel in Germany that I visit, these people are so kind, I thought I was at home, there are not enough superlatives, to to describe it, I had 2 consecutive nights there, after another night in another city I just had to go back there for another night,

I can,t say any one thing, I just feel so at home there, I wish I could afford it I would make it my home!!!!!, Thank you everyone for your care and kindness

I have stayed at the Zaleze many times over the years. It is still very good in terms of value for money but post-Covid the daily housekeeping of bedrooms is less frequent and prices have risen, with breakfast now being seen as an optional extra whereas before the prices included breakfast.

We spent three nights here during our vacation in Poland. It is a very well maintained hotel with pleasant staff. Everything is super clean and the breakfast is fantastic with a great selection.
