The room was clean. It is a bit old but taken care of. It is a great choice if you are not nitpicking and a really good value for money. + There is 24 hour reception

Everything was ok, good location and low price.

It was open during Christmas (24.12.), so as a one night stay it is okay. It was cheap.

The man at the reception didn't speak any english at all. Communication was really hard. The room was paid in advance, but he wanted me to pay extra, because in his notes the booking was made only for one person, not for two. I refused to give him any money because I knew I was right. Later I went to ask him something and he wanted money again. This shouldn't happen in any accommodation, if the room was paid in advance.

Kind reception service, good location, low price

Cold temperatures, poorly equipped kitchen, sometimes lack of toilet paper in the bathroom, no cutlery, no plates, no cups. Rooms and hall have not been renowated since probably early 70's (now the bathrooms are renowned so some radiators in bathrooms were out of order and it was even colder than usually). No towels provided.

Nothing it is the worst place i have ever been to in my life and I'm a frequent traveller

The room had not been cleaned there was no bedding, there was human excrement and urine stains on both beds in both rooms. The rooms stunk of smelly feet. There was drunks and drug addicts in the building and outside the entrance. Aftef showing reception the pictures of our room we were told to just phone a manager on Monday. No other rooms offered or no offer to clean the vile rooms we had been given. We have contacted the place for a refund but haven't been contacted back. Booking.co m have been unhelpful too only offering us 15% of our cost back even though we had to book new rooms in a different hotel through them amd pay travel costs to get to the different hotel. Don't stay here under no circumstances just look at the pictures
