The hotel left a very pleasant impression. The value for money was truly excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortably accommodated our whole family. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. We also appreciated the private parking area – no extra charge for it, which was a nice bonus. What impressed us the most was the staff. They responded to issues very quickly and professionally. For example, the sofa bed was not made and had no bedding prepared. After mentioning this to the receptionist, everything we needed was delivered to our room within five minutes. That level of service really surprised us in the best way!

Although the hotel appears fairly new and tidy at first glance, there are certain issues that should be addressed. The sink in the bathroom was unstable – it seemed like it could fall off if touched more firmly. The Wi-Fi connection was weak and only worked reliably in one of the rooms. Additionally, the carpet didn’t give the impression of being very clean. We hope these issues will be resolved soon.

Lovely clean hotel, liked the spar an jacuzzi also coffee and cakes available free all day, food in general was very nice and reasonable priced.

2 tv's in the bedroom 140 channels and not one in English. We had a problem with our shower we reported that the water was not draining and it was flooding the bathroom, they said the wiuld send someone up, that evening we went to use the shower again and it was still the same, someone could have notified us that it was not fixed as the had my contact details, we were given another room to shower.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great and very convenient. The staff were kind, friendly, and always attentive. A big plus is the children’s playroom on the ground floor — perfect if you have little kids. We also appreciated that a baby crib was provided, which was very convenient for us. The breakfast was rich and filling, with a good variety. And on the day of departure, we were even offered a cup of coffee to go — such a nice touch!

we arrived tired and hungry after the trip. although we arrived at the hotel restaurant half an hour before closing time, we were not already served. We had to look for dinner, but there was nothing near the hotel. There was also no sign of the hotel from the road side and the entrance to the courtyard from which the entrance to the hotel was unclear in the dark.

The room was -extremely- spacious. I've never seen such a big room and, what's more important, the bathroom. It alone was the same size as other whole hotel rooms. My room also had a bath that could easily fit two. So, finally, I didn't have to choose which part of my body to keep under water as it is in a typical tiny hotel baths. Apart from that, everything was clean and pretty. It's a new place and it shows. The breakfast had a vast number of options, everyone could find something for themselves. It was fresh and delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have free parking lot as well. All things considered, it was one of the best hotels I've ever been to. I'd definitely go back again.

The walls aren't soundproof as stated. I've heard children running and shouting around the hall and room next door all evening. But on the other hand, the fault lies on the parents irresponsibility. So it's good to have that in mind if you prefer silence.

The guy from the reception was really nice. The location was ok, because it was chosen near the airport somehow so not so many expectations with these.

The extendable sofa was really annoyingly noisy in the night when trying to change the position, so it is not recommended when you have a kid whose sleeping is very superficial and can wake up.

Wonderful stay, we will remember for a very long time, greetings to all the staff, for the lovely girls from the reception and mr.David who helps at every call, coffee for free a person feels like at home …something amazing ... certainly we will appear there more than once, not far from the Silesian park super for walks, a person can really relax in the hotel lantier

Everything! A modern small hotel that fully matches 4*. Attention to details and comfort of guests. We were pleasantly surprized to feel like we were staying in Radisson or Mariott level hotel. Absolutely great value for money! And private parking is free! We liked the open dining area at night a lot! We came to the hotel very late but got a chance to enjoy tea and a cake for free in the restaurant. That was very nice!

We were on transit, so location didn’t matter much to us. But others may find it far from touristic places. However, I would still recommend it.

Stay was amazing, we are very satisfied. The price is really low for such great hotel. Breakfast has a lot of choices, many sweets :). Hotel has free parking and reception is open 24/7 which is helpful. In the restaurant there is a free coffee or tea. Terrace is open, you can sit there and relax and eat. really pleasant.
