I have stayed here two year ago (February 2023), and also now (April 2025). The place is even got better! Super friendly and helpful staff. Very delicious breakfast in a stylish space. Nice chill music playing, super nice atmosphere overall. The room is cozy, comfy beds, everithing clean and tidy. Smells fresh. Good shower and bathroom itself. Good quality blow dryer is provided in the bathroom. We travelled with two small dogs - this place is extra pet friendly. We received dog treats as a welcome treats on checking-in. It was an unexpected bonus, very sweet and friendly gesture. There was no restriction to bring the dogs with us to the breakfast zone (dogs stayed under the table all the time, we changed one another on the picking the food, one stayed with dogs by the table). There is a secure parking lot behing the building. Also there is more then enough space to walk the dogs in the area.

Everything was just what we wanted. It wasn't the first time we've stayed here as we come to the OFF! Festival every year and it meets our needs nicely - comfortable, quiet (despite being right by the A4 motorway), clean, and reasonably handy for the Three Ponds Valley - a 5-minute walk - the festival site - a 20-30-minute walk - and the city centre -again, either a 20-30-minute walk or a short bus ride. In the first room we were in one of the lights wasn't working and the nice young woman at the reception gave us a different room speedily and in pleasant style.

The reception staff was incredibly helpful, allowing me an early check-in, which I truly appreciated after a long flight. The price was very reasonable, too. My room was spotless—the bed, sheets, carpet, toilet, and bathroom were all impeccably clean. It was quiet, and the air conditioner worked perfectly without making any noise. The lobby next to reception was lovely, with plenty of seating and a nice ambiance. I believe there’s also a restaurant in that area, which is a great bonus. The location was convenient, with a McDonald’s and KFC nearby for quick meals. It’s also close to a beautiful park with lakes and a shopping mall with stores like Decathlon, H&M, and Dealz, just across the highway. They also offer a wake-up service, which I used for a 6 a.m. wake-up call. Big thanks to them for that! As someone who has stayed in many five-star hotels worldwide, I found this three-star hotel exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose it again on my next visit to Katowice. Considering the price and overall experience, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommended! 😊

The location is a bit removed from the city center, and it requires about a 10-minute walk to reach buses that go directly there. However, this wasn’t an issue for me.

The property was clean, was really comfortable, the only one thing I would mention to hotel management’s attention is the absence of sound proofing because of the old windows. You need to understand that the hotel is located very near to the highway and you can hear the noise from the cars traffic, if the room will be from that side of hotel. I was asked to change the side of the room was provided to me, the staff was nice and supported me with the ask.

The staff was wonderful. We came with dog and the hotel staff was very friendly, gave a snacks for the dog as a welcoming gift. The atmosphere felt incredible cozy and nice:)) The number was clean :) Tasty breakfast, just enough choice of everything

Few things missed as toilet brush for cleaning and maybe seperate shampoo for shower gel - but it was just two things that was a lack, everything else was very good.

Location was great accordingly to what part of the city I needed to access, staff very professional, helpful, friendly, room great! I can recommend.

Only suggested - no cleaning needed daily (I stopped this by placing DO NOT DISTURB) as daily cleaner was changing the towels etc, green thinking - then this is not I believe needed. I know this is tricky, but people should learn this approach even as guests. Otherwise all was great !! ))

We loved how clean the room was and my partner loved how they replaced the mini bar for us everyday for no extra charge!

Breakfast could use more variety although it was for a great price. Also the snacks at the vending machines could have had more variety

Room came as advertised. Clean room. They cleaned our room everyday which was nice. Their ground floor looks very cozy, has board games, sofas and a balcony. Staff were very nice and helpful. I would stay there again.

Very good hotel position - close to the motorway, easily accessible parking, rooms accessible via lift, comfy bed, very good breakfast, nice and friendly staff, nice view from the windows
