The room wasn't particularly spacious but it was cozy. The lighting wasn't particularly bright, which might be ideal for everyone, but it was great for me as I prefer dim lights, especially in the evening. The water pressure and temperature were fantastic, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was very attractive. :)

The breakfast was pretty decent, but not very good value for money, in my opinion. Also when we tried purchasing from the reception in the early morning (we went out, stayed late and were hungry), we weren't allowed to, which we found very weird.

Very helpful staff. The common space downstairs was pretty comfy to sit and eat. The possibility to sort the plastic, paper and glass. The bed was pretty comfortable. The bathroom was very good and clean. The room was well equipped. Free coffee and tea in the room, a small refrigerator was really convenient.

A bit too expensive. A bit dirty surrounding but it is more about the city center of Katowice, not the hotel itself. No free breakfast included in the price.

Very good hotel, the ideal choice for those who get to Katowice by bus or train and need to go to the airport, because everything (international bus and train stations and direct busses to the airport) is not more than 10 minutes walking distance, and also its location is ideal to see all attractions of Katowice. The hotel is also very good: it's new, well furnished and functional, I would say it's better than some 4* hotels. Managers at the reception also were very helpful

The shower in our bathroom leaked a bit on the floor while showering I think the silicone was damaged Only one large towel per person, no small towel for hands and face The light switch is a bit confusing and all the way by the front door far away from the bed

Whenever I have to stay in Katowice, I choose B&B hotel. Within a short walking distance from railway station, shopping mall and center. .Modern, comfortable, clean, functional Very often interesting promotions. Very good breakfast at a reasonable price ( cf. choice and buffet style compared with prices paid in cafés for just a cup of coffee and a sandwich or a sweet roll).

In fact, there was nothing I did not like or don't like at B@B hotels.

The location is excellent, close to the train station and bus/tram lines, and within walking distance of Spodek, which was my focus for this visit to Katowice. The staff were very efficient and friendly, and one member of staff went beyond the call of duty and found a nearby place where I could send an urgent letter by courier. Overall, excellent and highly recommended.

The hotel provides a kettle and coffee/tea/sugar in the rooms. Perhaps a small container of milk could be added.

Great budget hotel, located perfectly for a couple of days sightseeing in Katowice. 5 minutes walk from the train station, and at most 15 minutes walk from all the attractions of this compact city. Rooms were perfect for our needs, staff all very friendly, small cafe and bar, what more could you want. Fantastic little courtyard at the back of the hotel where you could relax with a drink after a busy day.

Rooms are bigger than most 3* hotels have in downtown. Window can be little opened, noisy street. No fridge, no phone to reception. There's fan in bathroom. Comfy beds, but not pillows. Great value & exceptional location.

First time in my life I was asked for additional cost ($12) for "early" checkin at 13:00 (it starts from 14:00), I refused. Someone smoked constantly in bathroom, smell was constant through the vents.

The location is great if you travel through the city and need to sleep over. They have 24/7 check in service. Good value for the money. Possible to have breakfast, but can't say about the quality anything we didn't take it. The size of the room was ok. TV is big enough.

The carpet cleanliness in the room was not good. Not perfect soundproofing of doors, but not critical.

Amazing stay, the staff was friendly and they spoke english very well. The air-conditioning was amazing and did a great job at keeping the room nice and cool. The location is splendid, and everything is within walking distance. Ekstra points for the parking garage as well. All in all, a very great stay!

Could have used an extra pillow, but we also didn't ask for any, so not really able to criticize.
