Everything was good.The house was amazing, the facilities was good and the breakfast/dinner a lot of food (big chose of salami,cheese and vegi).The place is perfect for family..

From the toilet come constantly bad smell ,but we close the toilet side and was better..

Stay was purchased as a surprise gift for my parents and the review is based on their feedback. Fabulous location. Close proximity to sea, local amenities and nearby tourist attractions. Spacious swimming pool and good sauna. The place was very clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, nothing was too much to ask. Stunned with the food choices and variety of it during every meal.

Room quite tight. Bed was very close to desk making it tricky to pass. The balcony was an open rooftop, not very private, could have been more secluded from the neighbouring rooms. Prior arrival received an email the ''Thank you'' gift will be waiting in reception upon arrival, there was no gift handed to my parents - they have not asked but haven't received anything, which I found a bit disappointing however it has not compromised their stay in any way.

Swimmingpool was nice, warm and comfortable.

Too crowded, to loud. There was a party with music till 4 o'clock, we could not sleep at all. Breakfast was delicious , but we were served like being in a school canteen because of hotel's covid prevention, uncomfortable.

Overall, everything was excellent. However, unfortunately, the atmosphere was chilly, and the pool was very cold during my experience. The exterior of the buildings was beautiful, but the furniture was worn out and in need of replacement. During breakfast, there were disruptive renovations and a lot of guests were frustrated. On the positive side, the staff members were friendly and spoke German well. I was disappointed that I couldn't experience the massage due to limited staff availability. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but the high price did not match the provided services. The food, however, was delicious. Thank you for your service, and I hope you take my feedback into consideration for improvement.

Many people leave their comments about a breakfast, that it was very well. Well, for us it wasn't anything special - sausages, cottage cheese, boiled eggs, butter, etc. Nothing special at all - wasn't bad, but wasn't beyond my expectations as well.

Houses were uncomfortable. A small tv that is visible only from 1 of 4 beds ( even not the bad we were sleeping on ). Impossible to get out of a toilet if a wardrobe door is open. No/or unreachable electricity slot for the kettle in the place where it was supposed to be, so we had to boil water on the floor. Hot water is limited - 15 min shower for 1 person, then waiting for 1 hour to take shower for another person. A lot of elders in the hotel. I have nothing against them - but 95% were aged german's, just for your notice. Couldn't get my SPA whenever I wanted to get it. My stay lasted for 1 and a half week, and we managed to reserve a massage for me and my wife only on the day before our leave. What's the point of having a spa and wellness when you can't deal with human traffic? We really wanted to have the pleasure of massage almost every day, but couldn't get it.

Totally overrated and overpriced for such horrible service and quality. Reception were all of them not friendly at all and kind of rude in every conversation. When we said there is almost no WiFi signal in the room, she said that‘s how it is and we can’t do anything, we don’t have any problem! We had full board but the food quality was the worst that I could imagine, more seemed like prison food. Awful launch and the leftover of the launch was also served for dinner buffet. Room‘s carpet was dirty and old. With such price we could have got much better service. Never ever again!
