The location is the best thing with this place :) it's right besides the train station and the bus station also the tram passes close by.

The building has thick walls and windows but if you are very sensitive to sound there are loud noises coming from the trains at the station at all times a day. Also it really would be nice with a small fridge in the room and some type of garderobe to hang up clothing properly. Last, the place does not have a lift so if you are carrying much stuff with you, ask for a room in the 1st or 2nd floor :)

The location is perfect for travelers who use trains. New and clean rooms. There is a kettle, mini kitchen, towels and linen.

It was cold, and central heating didn't work at all ( both in the room and in the bathroom ). That's why towels were always wet and the room was damp. Our room was on the ground floor just near the main hotel entrance. And the door of the main entrance kept creaking. That's why we couldn't sleep from approx 7am and had to wake up. Also, our room door had a small gap at the bottom. And ants came through it into our apartment. It's not a big deal, but it's better not to have such friends.

The best option for travelers who just want to have a good rest in a clean cozy place. Rooms are small but is enough for basic needs and good rest. Hotel is recently renovated. Although the place is just beside the railway station, trains go rarely and there wasn't any noise.

Value for money - room was clean, new interior, doors with codes - no need for keys.

Location - it's very close to train and bus station (noisy). Also not very comfortable feeling walking late in the evening.

My neighbour was noisy, we couldn't sleep as the walls are too thin. You can hear everything in the next room. No refrigerator.

Check in was super easy, water kettle and basic tea/coffe (2 each), but the room waa direct mect to the trains Station and perpn, so a lot of noise. But a room for myself, so price was ok. Maybe would come back.

Before arrival, I did not know that the building didn't have reception and all doors were locked. The info was neither in the description nor sent to me separately. Luckily, I met a visitor leaving the building who told me how it worked. So, I called the receptionist who did not really speak English. I waited in front of the building for 25 minutes until I finally received access codes. Secondly, the building is literally sandwiched between a railway station and a bus station, so the windows face either one or another. Mine was looking at the train station which was just 20 meters away. So, if you have a sensitive sleep, don't even hope for it.
