The most I like the atmosphere of the hotel. Friendly, professional but at the same time like from home to home. Food was just amazing. We had the breakfast and the dinner there and was just super tasty.

The location was easy to find, there is a lift in the building, so the elderly guests do not need to climb. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are tasty and fresh. Continental breakfast has all you can think of in terms of selection drink and food. Including delicious fresh cakes.

The hotel was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and the staff were polite and helpful. Restaurant serves a wide variety of good food with prices that are reasonable. I can't comment on the pool or the gym because I didn't use them. I couldn't find any faults. I would only suggest that provision of a few sachets of coffee and tea in the room would be a nice addition, although I suspect that the staff would supply some if one was desperate (as they did when I ran out of milk).

You need to be prepared that the hotel is located right in the centre of Krynica, so the area gets very noisy in the evening from around 7pm till 11pm when local venues put on some entertainment.Sometimes you can hear several competing singers, which can be bothersome. But, as far as the hotel itself is concerned, I really couldn't find any faults.

A great and tasty breakfast every morning. The choice is excellent. There is everything, fruit, vegetables, cakes, salads, hot and cold snacks. Everything is delicious. The coffee is amazing. I have no complaints and a huge thank you to the hotel owners for being able to give you the comfort you expect and more for the price you pay. This is old school.

The stationary hairdryer was not working. But no problem - I got another one.

Hotel location is really nice. In the hotel there is everything you need: restaurant, parking, all-seasons swimming pool, sauna. Breakfasts are included. Lady at reception is wonderful! Restaurant personal is also very good! Nice place to stay with your family.

Just a proposal to include bathrobes and slippers for more comfort stay and use of the SPA area.

Nice atmosphere. The breakfast offer is good. It would be desirable to start breakfast earlier. If the traveler has plans to tour the area, breakfast from 08:00 is late. Overall very good service. Nice staff.

It would be good if the pool was open at least from 8.00. No sauna or salt room is required. It would be enough to have a swimming pool from 7.00 for an early morning swim.

Clean, modern rooms and comfy beds. Good AirCon. Tasty and rich breakfast, the combination of served and buffet option, due to pandemic. Very good location: quiet but at the same time close to the centre and other attractions. Spacious parking and a great outdoor area.
