This is an amazing hotel, the gem of our trip to Poland. The service is friendly and the room is exceptional. Although the reception doesn't speak too much English, they did their best to make us feel welcomed. The entire decor and atmosphere of the hotel offer an elegant, soothing vibe, the garden is an oasis where guests can relax and enjoy their glass of lemonade or mojito in the afternoon. The restaurant with al fresco dining is highly recommended. The room has nice view of the garden, the bathroom is excellent, and the added touch of providing unlimited self-service complimentary mineral water in the corridor is wonderful. The hotel is around 20-25 min walking distance to Elblag's old town and the canal. There is a small convenience store around the corner. From the train station, it's a 15 min walk on flat terrain. If we ever visit this part of Poland again, we will definitely stay here again. Ideal for couples on a romantic getaway.

Perfect place, cozy, clean. We stayed Sun-Mon hence there was no long parties and was quitein the evening and empty in the morning. Amazing stay at villa, felt like a princess. Breakfast is good enough if you are lazy to look for other establishments, but I can recommend. Eggs, sausages, salats, cold cuts, yogurts, and etc. Villa located not in city centre, but Elbląg is small so it will takes 20 minutes walk ahead cozy streets. Villa area is very well maintained.

Did not understand the situation with hot water. Does it need to be heated or is it on schedule? Water in shower was cold at midnight. We had changed some settings on a small pad in a bathroom and water was okay in the morning..so idk for sure

What a bargin ,in a villa,here in uk we could only dream about at these prices. Breakfast -good choice and times you could take breakfast,great also. Fridge in room,a bonus. Clean. Great grounds. Solar power(so a plus for green issues.) Great wifi.

Nothing really i could say disliked ,only points:a walk away from town centre,but getting there on foot via nice parks was ok. Tv perhaps a few foreign -language stations maybe worthwhile?..as i say nothing i could say disliked..

Staff were very friendly and professional, the room was big and generally clean. Also a great view of the gardens from the room and balcony. On an evening, the willa was the perfect peaceful place within the city. You can have quiet, whilst only being 30 mins walk from the centre. There's also parking if you have a car. Would happily stay here again.

The only issues here were minor. One cupboard (where the minifridge was located) was broken and stuck wide open. But this wasn't much of a problem unless you're bothered about how the room looks to the finest detail. There were also a few flies in the room that seemingly got in during cleaning, but this is hard to avoid in Elbląg at that time of year anyway. Other than that it was very clean. The music from the downstairs of the willa in the morning was the biggest downside, as it was very audible even in the room and would've been annoying had we stayed more than one night.

Breakfast was great, room spacious and very well prepared.

It's a pity that the restaurant was not opened and there was no possibility to eat as mentioned on the website.

Spacious room, bathroom, terrace, nice breakfast with nice desserts and meats, very clean property, independence of using the property entry, very friendly staff, good location away from the atreet noise, stunning garden and outside seating, tasty high quality bottled water in the room, clean modern property, calm decor and solid furnishings.

All was spectacular, nothing to fault.

Beautiful hotel with nice garden and terrace. The room was very clean and well equipped. Eventhough reception Lady didn't spoke english, we easily communicated via Google translator and she was really nice and helpfull.

I would have preferred a bigger sheet on the bed, as it slid off a lot during the night.

It was a beautiful “palace “ in a park. Well designed, classic, comfortable, lovely. Staff was great!
