Great location, close enough to walk to the sea and at a distance sufficient to be away from the noise of tourists. Our apartment was on the 11th floor then we were protected also from the street noise. Sauna and gym in the building keep you busy in the cold season. Extremely cleanliness in the building generally and in the apartment particularly. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable and large enough for 2. Dishwasher and laundry machine were very useful to not waste holiday's time for routine stuffs. Excellent contact with the reception (on weekends and holidays by SMS)

The fridge was really noisy. Good, it wasn't audible in the bedroom. The folding sofa was creaking.

Great location, 15min walk to the beach (great ice-cream on the way) and 20min tram to the center. Close to the bakery and supermarket. The flat was spacious, with great views (from 8th floor). Not noisy at all when the windows are closed. Huge bathroom with a shower you could bathe all the family. Gym onsite as well. You could not ask for any more.

Not sure there was enough cooking equipment but we didn't cook so didn't need it. Few specs of dust here and there (radiator in the bathroom).

The apartment was comfortable with everything that we needed at hand. Comfortable bed, big bathroom with a spacious shower, large balcony, the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary stuff for a family. All the appliances are new and well functioning. Contemporary and fresh interior design, everything looked like on the photos. The place is quiet, our windows faced the yard, so there was no noise from the road. The Brzeżno beach is only a 10-12 minute walk from the location.

There was only one chair on the balcony. I would have expected to see at least two, because the room is designed for 2-4 people. And the chair was a bit broken, but served its function. The room was clean in general, but some not that evident places could have received more attention from the housekeepers.

First of all, it is the space of the apartment. There is a kitchen, kitchen appliances. Separate bedroom with a large bed. The living room has a large window and a balcony with an incredible view. Everything in the description on the website is true. Next time I visit Gdansk, I know where to book an apartment.

The stay at this aparthotel was pleasant: beautiful apartment, big balcony, amazing views from the roof. The Wi-Fi wаs fast and reliable and the receptionists were kind and understanding. During my stay I also used available facilities like sauna and gym, and I can recommend them. Overall, I'd give this place a rather positive review.

The thing that kind of weirded me out were the door handles that were constantly falling out of every door inside the apartment. Also, towel warmers in the bathroom weren't working even on the highest setting. Couch and decorative bed pillows smelled funky, but it was not a problem as I decided to not sit there at all.

Spacious and cozy apartment, everything is new. A very big balcony. Not far away from the seaside, even though I would have preffered it to be nearer. A very big plus was that they have a gym and sauna.

Even though the apartment is new, some of the things already need renovation (some walls have dents in it - the wall itself is grey, so white or black spots are very visible). Do not know what was the problem with the chairs but all of them were wobbly. Also, it annoyed us so much that 2 times during our 5 night visit the fire alarm rang and all of the people staying at this hotel had to run outside. It was an absolute chaos, and as it turned out, both times it was a false alarm. The firemen came and had to turn it off. My toddler was having a fever during our stay, so running outside first thing in the morning (we were sleeping when it turned on) was not a pleasant experience at all.

We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay! As two couples with four energetic kids, we were thrilled to find that the apartment exceeded all our expectations. It provided ample space and was impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all of us. The flat-screen TV in the living room was a huge hit, as we could watch music clips and our favorite shows together. And let me tell you, the sofa was like sitting on a fluffy cloud – so cozy and relaxing! Additionally, having a proper dinner table allowed us to gather as a big family and enjoy our meals together, creating unforgettable moments. This stay truly exceeded all our expectations and made our family time extra special.

The elevator in the building was a disaster as it operated very slowly, resulting in long waiting times. This was especially inconvenient, particularly when traveling with children or bulky items. Additionally, we noticed a lack of kitchen equipment, with only a limited number of plates and cups available despite the apartment being advertised for 6+ people.

Hob didn't work ,got portable stove right away ,.no air-conditioning but had a big fan in living room

Good kitchen and coffee machine. Good and comfortable bed. Smart TV.

It was quite cold inside the room. I switched on all heaters, but it was just a little warm, when I set the maximum. Also, I did't find any capsules for washing machine. I think for that price you can provide just one or two pcs per week. I wanted to wash my clothes before the flight, but nobody couldn't provide me even 1 pc.

The apartment was really pretty and felt like a home. The terrace was impressive, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect. It's a short distance to the beach and a 25 min. journey to the city centre. The gym downstairs was fully equipped and clean. I felt safe, and I had a lovely stay in Symphony Baltica Towers Apartmenty. I would definitely go back there again.

Wish I could stay longer.
