We are delighted. We had a room in the palace and in the outbuilding. The one in the palace was very fancy, the one in the outbuilding was standard, everything we needed, and most important - very clean. Really nice and well-kept facility. Very important information for others - you can go from the outbuilding to the palace or the pool area underground, so it is really great for guests that they can move between buildings in bathrobes without worrying about the weather. DELICIOUS breakfasts. My partner has a gluten-free diet and the restaurant took care of him both in terms of bread and dessert. Thank you! Service - 10 stars. Each person deserves a personal thank you, but we will write in general that both the SPA zone, reception, restaurant and people taking care of the cleanliness of the facility were so nice, smiling and helpful that I heard from all three of my companions that if the Tri-City, this is the only hotel from now on we would be staying in. This is a design hotel , we have stayed in the castle ( main building ). The design is really impressive. We had the William Shakespeare room, very nice room, with lot's of nice details, the bathtub is very cool. Nice dinner at the restaurant with cool approach to read the menu :) We were playing with those mirrors the whole evening. To have a Prosecco for breakfast was lovely, but it was only on Sunday :(

I was missing the shower or bd in the bathroom. Service charge for everything, I felt it was too much. Overprized parking at the 5 stars hotel.

Very charming and relatively secluded boutique hotel. I chose a single room (Dickens) that was truly original, under the roof (hence without a proper outside view, since the three windows were above me). The room was impeccable, clean and originally furnished. The staff was kind and attentive. There was a very good selection and quality of food at breakfast. The property is only 1km from a vast public beach, the walk towards Sopot in a path under the trees is lovely. Overall I had a great stay at Quadrille and would definitely recommend it.

Great breakfast! Everything ok except the beds and some personell working there.

The staff that works with people and guests should have a positive approach.Happy, not serious and dull as the ones in the restaurant. The ladies at breakfast should work on the approach!e They did not help us or asked us if wanted coffee/tea or scrambled egg as they should in a five star hotel.I was looking for jam and nobody asked me if they could help me.OBS Please don't vacuum when people are eating breakfast. The hotel is great but is missing somebody that are managing the place and checking the staff.

The massage was incredibly fabulous. Marta and Kasper were true professionals for the Quadrille massage. My husband and I loved it and we would absolutely recommend these two individuals for any spa services. The relaxation and comfort for their clients is genuine and not rushed. Hanna - who serviced me at the Hand Spa was so kind and gentle - she is also a perfect recommendation. The breakfast was fabulous, I have never tasted any better bread IN MY LIFE. The breakfast spread was vast and detailed, which was a true delight. The food served at the 'Pub' was spectacular to say the least. Highly flavorful and unique - I would go back just to eat the salmon dish. Overall - the experience was wonderful.

The fitness center was bare bones and an awkward shape - not enough space for more than two people.

The whole hotel is beautifully designed, an intimate feel but had everything I could possibly want. The staff went above and beyond to help and tend to us. The underground pub was delightful, even making requested cocktails not on the menu. The spa was so clean and warm, even allowing us to order drinks/ wine/ cocktails whilst relaxing. The room was large and comfortable, complete with mini fridge.

Slightly further out from Gdansk then I’d realised but using apps like Uber/ Bolt allowed easy and still affordable taxis into town

It's located in a beautiful setting and the bathtub in this room is marvelous. The bed is comfortable and the room is long, as planned, it's a bit fairytale-y and magical. Amenities are very nice as well (toiletries, tea, coffee etc.)

The light in the bathroom didn't allow any visibility so if you'd like to apply makeup or see your face properly, it was quite impossible (or possible with you own mirror somewhere near a window on the daylight). The TV is kinda outdated and could have had any streaming service or possiblity to cast from phone.

This place is a real finding for us, and we will be definitely back while hoping the prices won't rocket up. I booked it for the birthday of my wife and it was BINGO because it is literally a castle with a wonderful spa, beautiful rooms, and a whole idea behind the design, led by a dedicated kind staff. The restaurant was one of the best I experienced for a long time, at least for breakfasts - the bread selection is literally the best I've ever tried. Probably they prepare it themselves. The rooms are superb and the actual feel is that you are living in a parallel world, escaping reality. Wonderful nature as part of the hotel, and architecture of the legacy building itself. Although the concept of places for "adults only "isn't as popular in Poland yet, it has become more and more popular. The option to stay in a luxury castle just to relax and enjoy a quiet stay - priceless. Too many times we paid the same significant amounts of money in other places, and we had to tolerate large families spending whole days in the pool with kids misbehaving, and then sitting at the next table at breakfast. Here - quiet, pastoral, and ideal. Another key point, because it is a world-known brand, the high standards and attention to detail are superb, according to my understanding - no weddings are conducted in the territory of the premises, unlike what happens in such beautiful estates elsewhere. Thank you guys for making the optimal stay for us.

Although everything was great and I already shared not a few compliments. One thing - after notifying in my early communications that we are coming for my wife's birthday on these very dates - there could be some gesture and a bit more attention to this. Such "slight matters" eventually leave even stronger impressions after all.

Nice hotel and excellent staff. Breakfast was also very good. A/C was good for a hotel. Parking was also easy and hotel itself is an attraction.

Restaurants at hotel were a little too fancy for me, so if you are planning to stay longer and not used to eat only at Michelin restaurants it might be little disappointing to use wolt or taxi just to get so called normal food.
