Breakfast is excellent here and from early morning. The hotel is located right by the sea. It is close to the city. The spacious safe in the room is also suitable for a laptop. The large shower is also easily accessible. Good underground parking.

There is little space in the room to put down suitcases. There is no hanger by the door to hang sweaters, hats,... The office chairs on wheels at the glass table do not provide quite good comfort for relaxation. Beautiful, but less practical bathroom - there is nowhere to hang wet towels.

no opening in windows for fresh air in rooms. air conditioning in rooms ok but a small opening in windows would make a major difference to stay! I felt like the maintenance had slightly slipped in winter compared to summer stay.. almost understandable if it wasn't for price. one waitress very slow and spent service time on her phone.. second stay with same waitress letting her team down. night menu could do with a few more less fancy options. although restaurant is a separate company to hotel.

Location, outside terrace, lovely bar area, lovely clean room, very friendly helpful staff who are English speaking as our Polish is not very good

The service in the bar and restaurant is quite slow, food was delivered and then had to wait 5 minutes for the cutlery No complaints about the food except that the breakfast is a very limited choice and not really worth the money- we only had it once and went elsewhere after that

We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel but had dinner in the bar/restaurant. We were very happy with the food. The service is excellent, staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with everything we needed and the room cleaning is excellent. The added bonus was a lovely sea view. We love the location of this hotel on the harbour and return here every year- sometimes twice a year.

We don’t find anything to dislike

Ecvellent breakfast. Waterfront location. Breakfast outdoors. I would praise two waitly staff at breakfast, who behaved professionally and were very helpful- they were Dominika and Kostia. They were still student abd doing their practice. But they were rrally good with their work. Praise for the front desk - I am not sure if his name was Marek- but you can find him- he was on duty on Sunday morning- on June 02. Very helpful, well organized and very fridndly- good customer service

The lift was off for a few hours- a niusance when the hotel is fully booked. The wait staff (apart those two people mentioned above) not knowing fully their duties- young and inexperienced people lacking proper guidance

I loved everything about this hotel. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. When there was a problem with my room, they moved me to another that was an upgrade. The food was delicious (especially the fish soup). The location was perfect, too - an easy and quick walk to the beach, and easy to get to the Emigration Museum, which is terrific. If I have to go back to Gdynia, this is where I'll stay.

Location is unbeatable. Breakfast al fresco at the waterfront- it makes your day instantly. Breakfast choice and variety- excellent. However the restaurant staff - young students, inexperienced, requiring a good guidance- some supervision which was nowhere to be seen. So most of the students appeared kind of lost. However, some of the them very attentive and helpful

In general - Everything was good. The tap at the sink in the bathroom- as always a bit inconvenient- but that's the design, unfortunately :)

It is a decent hotel at a very good location. Proximity to the beach, boulevard and city center makes it 10/10. Hotel has a very good breakfast. Staff in the evening was very professional and welcoming.

Reception staff forgot to tell me there is an underground, heated parking available, that I've discovered at the very last day. That would be more convenient than cold, outdoor parking, self locking/unlocking the padlock and walking through uneven paving with lots of bags. Staff at the breakfast needs some extra training, everyone was looking upset, unmotivated, and acting unprofessional.

It is an exceptional hotel right on the waterfront. Beautiful views, great breakfasts and dinners, walking distance to the loveliest and cleanest beach. You will not go wrong in choosing this hotel! Service is outstanding too.

We had a hiccup at breakfast one morning but it was addressed immediately. Airconditioning cannot be controlled from the room you need to ring reception.

The hotel is a corporate hotel so exactly what you'd expect. It's nice and clean and in a good location. I had what was called a 'side' sea view but the view was still really lovely. All the staff that are interacted with were really friendly and professional.

The windows in the rooms don't open. This is a pet hate of mine as I like some fresh air in the mornings.
