I have rented two different apartments in this building, and I must say, I’m impressed with both. - the apartments are very spacious and clean. Two rooms, kitchenette in the living rooms, large bathrooms and balconies. - each apartment is well equipped: wi-fi, free tea and coffee, travel-size shampoo and soap; laundry machine, washing machine in the kitchen, microwave, induction plate; all necessary kitchen equipment for cooking at home. - the apartments are very warm. - yet there are a couple of additional blankets and pillows available. - there are also TVs in each apartment, but I never used them. - the localization is incredibly convenient: there are two lines of suburban train SKM within 10 minutes walk, one of them leading to the airport. - a minor food shop (Żabka) just outside the building, open on Sundays as well. - 10-minutes walk to the Riviera mall with Auchan and a food court. - since the building is in the city center, most of the food delivery services will also accept orders. - the building reception is open for questions 24/7. - the building administration managing the booking is incredibly kind and helpful!: I got a call that my apartment is available for an earlier check-in, among other things. As of minor drawbacks: since the building is quite new, there are still some loud repair works going on the weekdays (March 2022), but obviously it will end soon. This particular apartment has windows facing East, while the bedroom has thin, see-through curtains, so the sun is shining very brightly during the dawn. But this is just personal experience, as I’m not a morning bird.

Very comfortable bedding, available space on the roof

The ‘pill’ to access rooftop and other facilities at the building was not available at all times, and I believe each room key should have one. Payed extra for a bigger room, but got one with bad view of other building in front. The other side was way nicer

The apartment is exceptional, the location is great, the price was good, the staff is very flexible and helpful (we arrived in the middle of the night and left on Saturday, which was not a problem for them at all). We loved our stay there and we'll definitely come back one day.

I'd love having some breakfast, but it's not this kind of a hotel. You can't have everything, but this still was close.

We’d received all instructions well before the arrival.Hosts were hepful and very nice.Apartment building is fully safe,spacious flat,nice view from balcony,comfy beds.The flat is equipped with basic kitchenware,bathroom items,all good.

Great location and amazing apartment with all facilities anyone would need. Very comfortable beds, whole place perfectly clean, quiet, and near the sea. I highly recommend this place.

Close railways :( due to that we had to keep apartment windows closed therefore it was quite hot inside during the daytime.

The location is excellent as it just besides a big shopping mall and a stadium. The beach is also close by and my kids loved this apartment.
