The hotel is very modern and I especially liked the terrace on the roof of the hotel. It has almost everything you need and it is a cozy apartment. The bed feels amazing and you receive two sets of blanekts/pillows and towels. The rest of the furniture is also very nice, just like the huge TV you have and can connect to your phone/laptop. The washing machine works very well and the balcony is also super nice. It is nice to live there for a few weeks and the place is close to good public transportation possiblities such as a big mall.

I didn't like the fact, that the reception is empty almost all the time (except for security, they aren't able to help though) . I have stayed for 3 weeks and went in and out every day at different times and only saw some staff 3-4 times. Calling them on the phone doesn't work that well either. This is not very good, when you are missing a plastic bag for trash (I received 1 for 3 weeks) or dish soap or some basic things. And the place unfortunately has no oven, only a microwave & stove. The dishes are all made out of glass, the knives are dull, but it works. The windows have amazing isolation, but it is not possible to sleep with an open window due to traffic. And the room becomes very bright during the day, make sure to bring a sleeping mask. :D

I liked the location as it's close to railway station and a bus stop, plenty of scooters around. Not far from the city center and the beach. There is a small shop just down stairs and big shopping mall five minutes walk.

The flat is situated in a tall block of new flats with the balcony facing the main street which was very noisy for the whole day. It was not possible to leave the windows open in the evening as it was to noisy and with windows closed it was to hot. The toilet seat, and the blinds in the living room were broken. The toilet flash was so loud that it could wake up a dead man. The way the living room is arranged makes it dark and very small.It felt like all the pieces in the flat are in a different style.There was a really bad smell in the bathroom coming out from the pipes.

Lack of remote, when asked for it at reception, we were told to call the owner. When we ran out of toilet paper I asked for some at reception, they said they didn’t have any. Also weird double bed - comfortable but 2 single mattresses pushed together

Location was ok.

The apartment was nice, but it seemed very bare. There wasn't a lamp in the living room to use. There was a coffee machine, but not even one capsule was left, so you could not use it until you went to the supermarket and found the capsules. It is lacking looks in the hallway and bathroom.

Location, quality, cleanliness.

Poor ventilation in the bathroom, not very comfortable bed and quite uncomfortable sofa bed.

Clean,spaciuos, to toalettes, near big Shopping center Riviera, near Gdynia Stadion train station (just opposite the apartment). You can get to airport from there. The host was kind to let us check out later. Easy to get keys, bu code. We were 2 adults and 3 kids. Stayed comfortly. Stunning view from 7 th floor.

The apartments was beautiful and clean, modern. It definitely exceeded our expectations. It situated in a good location close to everything you need. The lady on the reception was very friendly and did help us a lot. We definitely will be back on our next trip.

Everything was good

I have rented two different apartments in this building, and I must say, I’m impressed with both. - the apartments are very spacious and clean. Two rooms, kitchenette in the living rooms, large bathrooms and balconies. - each apartment is well equipped: wi-fi, free tea and coffee, travel-size shampoo and soap; laundry machine, washing machine in the kitchen, microwave, induction plate; all necessary kitchen equipment for cooking at home. - the apartments are very warm. - yet there are a couple of additional blankets and pillows available. - there are also TVs in each apartment, but I never used them. - the localization is incredibly convenient: there are two lines of suburban train SKM within 10 minutes walk, one of them leading to the airport. - a minor food shop (Żabka) just outside the building, open on Sundays as well. - 10-minutes walk to the Riviera mall with Auchan and a food court. - since the building is in the city center, most of the food delivery services will also accept orders. - the building reception is open for questions 24/7. - the building administration managing the booking is incredibly kind and helpful!: I got a call that my apartment is available for an earlier check-in, among other things. As of minor drawbacks: since the building is quite new, there are still some loud repair works going on the weekdays (March 2022), but obviously it will end soon. This particular apartment has windows facing East, while the bedroom has thin, see-through curtains, so the sun is shining very brightly during the dawn. But this is just personal experience, as I’m not a morning bird.

Perfect apartment for a short work week stay. Short distance to big shopping mall. Close to train station.

Exact location for reception should be emphasized. A bit more standard kitchen equipment would be nice, now missing measuring cup. Also missing hand soap in kitchen.

Great location. Close to the train station and big shopping center. Bus stop is just 2 min walk away as well. Apartament was very clean with a very comfortable bed. Will come back again.
