The hotel is nice, in a great location, just a short walk to the pedestrian street with all of the restaurants and shop. Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk reception was very helpful in recommending restaurants. The parking was super convenient for a minimal fee in their gated lot behind the hotel. From parking we could roll our bags into the building to the elevator, no stairs to deal with carrying luggage. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We would be happy to stay here again.

Hotel was great, personnel were very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious with big balcony which was a pleasant surprise. The relaxing view to the lake made our stay even better. location was perfect, in a walking distance to all the sights.

The receptionist was really friendly and nice. She speaks good English and is highly appreciated :) The hotel itself is fine for a night stay. Breakfast was very tasty.

Rooms are a bit hot since there is not AC but you can manage with the ventilator.

Great location, next to the port , bars and restaurants. Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy, bathrooms well maintained. Very good breakfast, wide choice of different dishes, draught beer available at extra charge. Receptionist spoke good English, provided other dining options. Parking was free at the street in front of the hotel.

We were informed about slow elevator, so we haven't used it.

Everything is amazing, staff is super friendly. Whole hotel is extra clean, amazing location, warm beautiful and cozy rooms! This place is definitely worth more than 3*!

A welcome retreat - warm and dry - after a soaking at the fortress Boyen. Spacious room, clean and a good breakfast platter in the morning

Authentic looking exterior and interior, very clean room with high ceilings, quite close to the lake and the beach.

At least for us the mattress was too soft, somebody might miss the air conditioning, but thick walls of the building seem to be quite insulating from the heat if it was very hot outside.

Sunday’s the restaurant is not working, but they noted us after payment/confirmation. Breakfast was poor.

The breakfast was horrible. The eggs were very old and smelly. Food was not fresh at all. Was very disappointed with the breakfast. Spoke with staff in kitchen. They didn't care, and shrugged it off. I would be afraid to eat there.
