The hotel is quite centrally located in Gizycko, near to restaurants, cafe's, and markets. The staff was quite welcoming and respectful, as well as helpful. The room we had was very spacious with enough room to position our bags without being on the way, and the bed (which really was two beds together) was comfy.

We had the room in the top level (3rd floor) and considering there was no elevator, it makes you rethink how often you want to go in and out. I think that the room needs a fridge, very often you carry stuff that you want to keep chill. We went during summer and there is no aircon, it can get quite hot, so leaving the windows slightly open is a must.

The room was small but comfortable and quiet. The mattress was small but comfortable and of high quality. The room was very clean. The shower and bathroom were fine . The staff is excellent - friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. I had a nice stay and would stay here again.

I was going to eat breakfast but the spread was not too impressive so I passed (it needed more fruit, bread, etc).

The location of the hotel was perfect for walking around the town and for walking to and from the lakes

The bedrooms and bathrooms for a single person like myself ware far too small.

Getting a warm tap water for a shower was a bit tricky but nothing too bad:)

Everything was clean and nice. It was nice that there was a fan in the room, as we stayed in summer time.

People at the property didn't speak English and communication in russian language was struggle too.
