Great Wellness, great breakfast and restaurant, comfortable room and facilities. The Eastern program/animation was very nice. Great place to disconnect.

As we visited during Eastern, the property was more prepared for those who took the 3-day Easter package. It would be easier to be more clear ( on the website for example), that prices (breakfast, dinner) are different, that didn’t have a la carte option during these days due to easter and only one price for buffet. I know it doesn’t apply all the times and as I mentioned we had great time, just mentioning it as I think with these details the property will be top

Very clean bathroom, great soaps, clean room, very nice spa, great breakfast.

The personnel spoke Polish to us even though they have answered in English before and knew we didn’t understand Polish. We got soups and main courses at the same time in the restaurant, even though we were the only ones there, and then it took forever to clear the plates from the table. As this is quite a fancy and not cheap restaurant, that seems very unprofessional. Additional charges for everything - having a spa and charging money for a bathrobe to use in it seems a bit much. We were also not informed before arrival that the jacuzzi is out of order, but as there were almost no other guests, it wasn’t a big deal.

It is a beautiful hotel, located in a quiet area with stunning views. Use of spa suites is included and it is a really nice and clean leisure space. We enjoyed it despite part of the swimming pool area was in renovation.

Next day morning we were not able to use the indoor swimming pool as it was closed despite the fact the staff told us is open. Also the sauna got turned off and when rang the staff, we were told someone will come and check it. No one did and we ended up leaving without using it. Also in the evening we were informed the restaurant is still open and we can go for dinner. We were taken to our table, several times staff came to say someone will come and serve us, to be told after a while that kitchen is actually closed and it’s only serving now the pre booked party next door. We went to sleep hungry as nothing was delivering food to this place in the evening anymore.

Breakfast definitely rocks at that place. Wide variety of food served. It's not possible to try everything in one sitting, trust me 😉. I really enjoyed winter swimming pool outside while snowing.

In terms of lunch and dinner...We were a little bit disappointed. Moussaka and cream soup were a little tasteless, pear and walnuts pizza not among the bests we've eaten. I've ordered chocolate cherry cake twice also. First ordered was super delicious, 2nd one was without cherries and dry...Just old and shouldn't been served anymore. Not too big portions but I really enjoyed one of the polish dishes. Overall to sum up restaurant 50/50. Some of the good ones, some average. I've signed up for massage but no one asked me which one exactly. When I showed up at the spa it appeared that the one I was interested, Ayurveda massage, was not available.

Very friendly and professional staff. The view is great, the territory is beautiful. Pools and spa are awesome, especially on hot days. Breakfast is great, with huge variety of food&drinks to choose from (even champagne)

Wifi is really bad. It was impossible to watch youtube video in the evening (a lot of people connected/bad weather?). At the same time, polish network was not available in most of the places, so we had to use czech network via roaming. Also, soundproofing is absent. We heard people talking, snoring, moving. Basically all activities of our neighbours.

Great location, nice surroundings, rich breakfast with variety of choices, pet friendly, friendly staff, nice outside pool.

Nothing in particular, overall great impression and value for money, for future I would consider aircondition to be installed, as the rooms are under roof.
