Very good value for money. Perfect location for hikers. The in-door swimming pool is available for the guests free of charge. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The internet connection is unstable (what is not surprising as the hotel is located literally in the middle of the nowhere)

Great dinners (choose from 4 meals, only 1 vegetarian though - and sweet at the same time, but the soup and salad bar saved it) and breakfasts (home-made blueberry yoghurt, fresh pineapple, eggs...) . Nice swimming pool and a bit overpriced but good spa area.

The room was quite small, the floor was a bit dirty. There was no hairdryer in the room (useful after swimming pool or spa).

Clean and nice hotel. Great staff. Very good breakfast and dinner. Beautiful location for both summer and winter. No problems with parking.

Lobby bar closed for some reason. Wellness quite simple, but OK.

- very nice mountain hotel in a heart of the Jeseníky mountains - nice, clean and modern rooms with bathrooms - on-line check-in option to save time

- do not try to go to the restaurant between 18:00-19:00 is you don't have a prepaid dinner. The staff is overwhelmed and stressed with distributing those prepaid dinners. I waited 20 minutes and nobody noticed me.

Perfect location. The staff was very nice. I appreciated very great room for children to play.

I didnt like the location od the room. I had no idea we ended up in the “tourist” part. The room was quite poorly equipped, it had looked better on the photos. Although the room was OK, the way to the room was very weird, I didnt like going through there with the kids.

Nice nature, tasty food. Quite big room.

I wish to see at list a bottle of water in the room for 200€ per night :-/ Also there are no fridge and hair dryer
